................................

I've had good luck with the Players J/B... $79 shipped from Ozone Billiards if memory serves, and it performs at least to the level of my ability.

I would put my Omega Jump/Break cues **customized by Bill Hughes** up in competition against ANY production or custom jump/break cues; except the X-Breaker.

Ours is a little on the expensive side, but it's one of the best jump/break utility cue in the world.

If anyone is going to attend the Derby, you are more than welcome to test them out and see for yourself.

I will take that bet Mike and put up the Fury JB. Are we betting on jumping and breaking performance or just jumping?

John, you'll get 50 opinions on this. The fact of it is that you're PROBABLY better off getting a dedicated breaker and a dedicated jumper.

I used to think that there wasn't any magic in the dedicated break cues but Fury has changed my mind. They build a break cue that is damn good. I don't know why it works so well but it does and it's got a leather tip on it. They also make a damn good jump cue that works about as well as any I have ever tried.

Bunjee is still around and their stuff is good. And if you want a cheap copy of the Bunjee then the J&J JBs are ok.

Anyway, someone devise a test and I will put the Fury products in action. If they lose then it will be back to the drawing board......but I don't think that they will.

Fury is a damn good B+J for your money.

For jumpers it s more about personal feeling. Too many differences. Weight and balance are very important here.

cant go wrong with a j n j jumper .... as for break i use a bk2 n n love with it .... im not a big fan of having a break jump bc i break with a water buffalo n jump with g 10 or phenolic

Jump cue opinion

I have tried quite a few and even own a Lomax. Personally, my Pechauer jump cue I acquired from Seybert's works the best at landing right where I am aiming. IMO

the J&J is hands down the best. not even dollar for dollar. it's just the best

In your opinion. Since the J&J is a direct 100% copy of the Bunjee then the Bunjee is also the best in your opinion.

But in reality it's not the "best" because best is subjective in this case and not objective. If it were objective then you could point to some data that shows HOW it is the best.

But you can't, no one can because such data does not exist. So until then it's opinion. And in my opinion I can prove that there are other cues that jump as good or better than the J&J cues. As for breaking I am fairly sure I can prove that the Fury breaks better. How do I know? I made the Bunjee Breaker and the J&J is a 100% knockoff of that cue. And in my opinion the Fury breaker breaks better.

is the sickest break cue I have used. My buds can't stop borrowing it, and they have bk2's and cuetecs and a custom gilbert. Puts the poison I used to own to shame.
