Ok...I'm back and here's the TRUTH!!!
He bought the case for $85 shipped...I shipped it out last Sat....then he kept offering me lowball offers for my like new Black Eel print It's George case...I finally gave him a deal for $125 shipped since he bought the previous case...so it went out on Monday.
Wed. evening was the 9 ball event and start of the IN ACS tournament...so, sometime that night while waiting to play another match, I checked out AZ on my Blackberry 8900...I checked my PM's and read Paul (pammo13) had got both cases today and said the latch was broke...I was bummed to hear he wasn't happy and figured trouble was ahead since he felt you should be able to ship back an old case that broke while in his possession. Well, that night, I played till 3:45 am...and had to be back at 9:30am for scotch doubles...I never had a chance to read what was going on...and hadn't been on my laptop...not to mention it's very time consuming to read stuff on my blackberry...it's slow and wants to restart while browsing. Now...I initially told him I would get back with him tomorrow sometime...but I never got a chance to PM him before he wanted to just ship the case back to me. I then got a call from Marcus telling me about this thread. I had never seen it till now, but I did PM back in forth with Paul to resolve this matter. I have literally played pool(or waited to play) non stop from 9am-4am for the last 4 days...and I just got home a few hours ago from playing today.
I don't know how the case got broken, but he is not satisfied, and I always guaranteed satisfaction with anything bought from me. So, I am sending him $20 towards the repair of this case. So he is happy and all is well.
Now, I do want to thank all my "lackies" out in AZ land that stuck up for me. It's very nice to know my reputation has not suffered any ill effects from this thread...it sounds like it was just an accident blow out of proportion.

Your reputation is safe in AZLand, so how'd you do in the tournament?
I won the 9 Ball mens singles...got 5-6th in the round robin masters 8 Ball...and we got 2nd in the team event...got double dipped in the finals
I also played scotch doubles with my girlfriend Gina...we had to play in the masters division and she has only played for a couple years...so that didn't go so well...but we are still together:thumbup:
I had lots of fun but I was so tired..have been all day.
