Accu- Stats

Glad the truth is finally coming out- i bought it twice and it was unwatchable. Got refund.

When Pat arrived he he sent message out the Broadband had not been fixed as promised. How do you not check that before arriving? That's your business.

Accu-Stats poor feed

Very disappointed in purchase of last five day special. Watched very end ok Frost-Brumbach match(very poor feed), haven't been able to even get back on. I understand that the streaming capabilities of the casino is very poor.
Also, if you check out TAR, their stream is poor, but I sure hate missing out on the live matches.:mad:
 
So, one of the best things going on at the DCC we CAN"T WATCH.....this is f-ing crap.And then on TAR we get to watch DIPshit play some pro that doesnt have the balls to play anyone of his own caliber...........very disappointing.:mad: I'm sooo sick of the DIPPY F-ING DOOO SHOW.

i am also quite disappointed. All for the love of money too. If ustream is working, then I say Accu-Stats use their ustream account until they resolve their issues. Not just say sorry and you cant watch anything.
 
Just because... What exactly did TAR stream today and where did they stream it from? Bandwidth at the hotel is total crap as we all know from the attempted stream from the AZRoom...

As an FYI Accustats left up North early to come do Music City free ppv.... The IT person at Horshoe promised to have things taken care of before the tourney...

As HAS BEEN POSTED the IT guy admitted the problem was not addressed and the venue dropped the ball.... Which is hurting everyone who showed up to stream PPV or free.... I would bet we will get lots of feedback from AS TAR and TVMike when the dust settles....
 
I spent the $10 today and got to watch about 12 min of pool over a 6 hour period of refreshing. Oh, and that was laggy. TAR works fine, why doesn't accu-stats?
 
I think Accu-Stats with all of their equipment requires more band width than does TAR. The major problem is that the IT on site promised to have a larger capacity system for sending out streaming and they, the site, dropped the ball and did nothing.

I'm sure that Accu-Stats (Pat, Jim, and the rest of the gang) are doing everything possible. Think how upset they must be with the situation. I paid my money to watch all week and while I'm not real happy right now, I in no way blame Accu-Stats for the problems. So just for trying as hard as they do to provide us with live streaming and because they have spent a great deal of money just to be at the DCC I have no intentions of asking for a refund.

Just my thoughts and feelings
 
I only bought the bank pool matches on Monday night and it was flawless.. In the past events, I had trouble frequently.. I hope they can figure it out, accu-stats is the bomb but a lot of the issues are simply out of their control.

I don't plan on asking for a refund either, but business is business and I paid good money to watch something live not delayed. If they don't get the issues resolved maybe they can refund the money back in the form of credit to accu stats. That way they are still getting some money and are really only out shipping.

I agree. Thats like watching the Superbowl a week after it happens, just give us a credit on the next ppv event. I have been watching streamed events for six months with no problem, seems like accu-stats keeps having problems on all their streams, hummmm. If they cant get it up and running today, let tar come in and free stream it. The viewer number will triple, wasnt any action last night anyway.
Lol, camara one works fine, no action. Camera two wont work all day, matches everywhere. Go figure.

Speaking for myself I want to say you guys are great ! I really mean that.
It seems you DO understand what has happened this year as well as last year.

This forum has resolved many many problems and issues. We have the power to be heard !

I say lets all contact the Horseshow and tell them (in a nice way)
that our prestigous event is not being shown the respect that it should be getting from highly profitable casino. I felt the same way last year and posted something here about it. I was told not to make a fuss as we are lucky to have any venue for this event. I cannot help to wonder if thinking like this is the wrong way. If we continue just to except what they offer they will NOT resolve the issues that are important to us.
Maybe they should see this thread for themselfs and maybe another more directly titled thread that points to them as being disrespectful to their customers.
I cannot understand why they do not have good internet service.
There has to be something alot better they could have for an amount that I am sure they can handle. It just doesn't make sense to me at all !

Maybe the powers that be should look into moving the event. Maybe it is a hard thing to do. But they should know how we feel !
As for me, I hate it. I wouldn't recommend their casino, I wouldn't go there. Thats what you do when you do not like something.
OK enough for now. This statement was totally Zilla and in no way was it encouraged by any other parties.

I haven't tried to access the "Archived and Simulated Live Matches". If you are having trouble with that, try contacting Jim, you can find his email at http://www.accu-stats.com/

The Live PVV isn't scheduled until later this afternoon and do not know at this time if the internet issues have been resolved.
