After all this B.S, did anyone happen to notice that the date on the Confirmation receipt was 06/11 and the PM and post that it had been sent out and all was OK was on 06/10. That should be a clue that the whole deal is BS. The confirmation confirmation after he had already said it was shipped ????? Could be for an empty envelope mailed on 6/11 to some undeliverable address just to get a confirmation receipt to get everyone off his arse. I usually give the benefit of the doubt, but those dates do not add up.

Yeah, there's been a few people that snagged that one, my guess would be that the guy's completely full-o-shit

You got the receipt from the clerk they gave you when you sent this because you also get a receipt along with this from there register when you mailed it. A clerk will not just date stamp a delivery conformation slip without filling out the slip(not that it aint possible but not s.o.p.) These slips are scanned right at the counter and thats the only way they get date stamped also. Unless you have the receipt the clerk gave you this delivery conformation slip means nothing so stop blaming the post office.Scan us a copy of the receipt so I can contact the Postal Clerk who helped you because this is also on the receipt. I'll be glad to help in anyway possible and the Postal Inspection Service can also look into this matter.

Green slips are delivery confirmation only, not tracking #s.
They are scaned only when sent and then when delivered. No where in between. Was insurance purchased??
 
So this conformation # that was never scanned or even filled out is smoke. Great. The warm and fuzzy feeling has left the building.

Seems like postal fraud to me. Its walking like a duck.

On the other hand I sure do appreciate the support of all the folks who have posted in this thread and have PMd me about this.

I don't check this site for a couple days and everything is up and started again. I don't know what the hell is going on with USPS, i've tried to call them. In my opinion I caused a problem to begin with by not handling it and being ontop of everything. I have apologised for that. I no longer have the cue, USPS does, you can call the cross creek florida location if your that worried about it and they can pull up there records. I hope this sorts itself out soon, but this is all i can do, the cue is already out of my hands. I understand it should have been shipped much much much earlier but I cannot go back and change that now.

If you ask Courtney about that I explained it, it didnt get to the office till after last pickup, so it's stamped with the following day stamp.

Nope. You can refund the man's money and chase down the cue for yourself.

You have to man-up and accept the responsibility of your actions. By not insuring the cue you gambled that it would arrive without any damage. YOU LOST. You must now pay the man for the cue you failed to properly insure. You would expect nothing less if you were in his place, and you know this is true. Pay him the money you owe him and you deal with the USPS.
 
Finally spoke with a human at USPS

He told me that there are records that it was recieved and shipped and he said that he is not sure what the issue is, he also said that the cue should be arriving today or tomorrow and if it was not there by Friday that I should call and they will do a formal inquery on it. Thats all the info they would give me. They didn't verify anything on the phone as far as who I was so if anyone wants to call and verify that with there own ears I called 1-800-222-1811 said operator like 50 times, got a hold of a person told him this number 03070020000114316671 and thats the info he gave me.

Usps.com you can view these numbers from the post office and it says there is no record for that number.

Showing the receipt will go a long way for you in this matter. Did you insure the cue? The receipt will show which day you sent it and to where.

Showing that should remove any doubt from others.

I'M NOT TAKING SIDES OR STICKING UP FOR HIM, BUT....... HE DID POST A PICTURE. (OR THE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION RECEIPT.

DO YOU HAVE THE ACTUAL PAYMENT RECEIPT? IT SHOWS WHAT ZIP CODE A PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED TO

PROBLEM IS THE NUMBER HE GOT FOR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION IS NOT TRACKABLE THROUGH THE USPS WEBSITE. YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR TRACKING, WHICH ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT NUMBERS.

SOMEONE ELSE CALL THE POSTAL SERVICE AND ASK FOR INFORMATION, THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL YOU IF IT WAS SHIPPED, AND IF IT HAS ARRIVED, BUT NOTHING IN THE MIDDLE.

P.S. IT'S WEIRD THAT IT SHIPS ON THE 11TH, AND STILL ISN'T THERE.

Well,if it was mailed last wednsday after last truck then its technically thursday sent. Todays wednsday and depending on where its going and how it was mailed it could be there or a few more days. As far as the usps having it and its outa my hands now doesnt remove you from responsibility until its in his hands and you should always purchase insurance. Either way we will see how it works out just like Mr Huff said:eek:

I CHOSE TO TAKE YOU UP ON THIS, SO I JUST SPENT THE LAST 20 MINUTES ON THE PHONE WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE. I TALKED TO 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE, INCLUDING A SUPERVISOR, AND THEY ALL TOLD ME THAT .................... THERE IS NO RECORD OF THIS PACKAGE AT ALL IN THERE SYSTEM..

I bought a cue from Wallace Bettes. What a honest guy!!!!!!!
I will admit I was hesitant to go forward with the transaction, since I had never bought a cue in this fashion before. I sent my M.O. on May 1st. He sent the cue on May 1st, which I received on the 4th or 5th.
And he called me to tell me he sent the cue.
I would buy another cue on AZ . There are quite a few honest people out there.
Sorry you are having so much trouble with an obviously not so responsible & dishonest person. Hope you get your cue soon.

I said that already.. If it says no record on the site then there's no record period.

If he took it in on the 10th as he said and they stamped it for the 11th, It would show up on the site on the 11th or 12th as package accepted.

Which I don't think they would stamp it for the 11th on the 10th.. and they never accept my confirmation labels without it being filled out.

Just saying is all.. If Adam will just post the receipt that he claims was paid and sent on the 10th/11th this would clear it up. It would show the service and the place sent to. If he refuses to post that info in a picture, Then it's no mystery the cue was never shipped.
