Was looking for help with my addiction to cues, so I went to cue addicts . com & almost bought a cue- they are no help at all.:D But seriously though how many other people have it as bad as i do. Have purchased about 25 to 30 cues since NOV. 07 2 this week alone a gus szam & a searing, 3 haleys around VF time frame, 4 other searings, manzino, mottey, southwest, josswest, pfd, bobby hunter, gilbert, tad the list goes on. Please let me know that I'm not alone with this terrible addiction.

You obviously need some serious help with your addiction.
Start by unloading the evil items you chase.
I will gladly take them all and see if the addiction is real... :D

I may have not moved on so many as you but I have picked up a few.
Since last year, picked up two Searings, Barry Szamboti, Jim White, David Kikel and I just missed by about an hour getting one of the Haleys you picked up at VF. Will have to get at least one Haley at some point.

Enjoy the addiction.

I have to admit that I have an addiction myself. Since May of 2007, I have bought 7 or 8 cues. I regrettably sold my Blue Grass but the great Richard gave me hope for one more. I even have a Lambros that is expected by June. It doesn't end there! I might have my buddy Steve Klein make me one his beauties!! That is an addiction. I live by my alias!!

Enabler!!!

I for one don't believe you have this so called cue addiction. Now you surely can prove me wrong by posting pictures of any and more preferable all of these wonderful cues that you speak of. If you can do this I can help evaluate whether or not you have a cue addiction like so many of the rest of us have. Other poster would also probably be very glad to help make an evaluation as well.

i wish i could give myself the luxury of being addicted. but unfortunately/ fortunately there's other responsibilities at this point in life that have the priority, so i'm pretty much stuck with what i have. by all means, i have 3 cues with very different hits, and i play'em and like'em all. there are just certain artists, constructural thoughts and cue superficials i'd like to check out long term. lucky you's who don't have to add responsibility into your cue buying calculation. for people like me, our time will come.

Too consumed with getting my next fix to take pics right now. Hopefully will be able to post pics by next week.

My advice....

If you are serious, here is my deal on collecting.

I will only allow myself to get a specific number, 11 or so. Then before I can get a new one, I have to get rid of one.

Let me tell you, it makes you really rethink some purchases. I traded my Gina for a Tasc and I really liked the Gina. I just sold a Southwest, to allow me to get another.

Just my thoughts....

The problem with my addiction is that I can't keep most of the cues that I buy. Whenever an unexpected emergency or high medical bill comes up, I have to sell a cue or two or whatever I have for that matter. I wish I could keep all the cues I buy but financially it never come to pass.

I could tell you but then I'd have to... well you know. Good luck in your search. Gotta get to bed & dream about cues.

A wife isn't your cure... she gets used to seeing those boxes come and go so much that if you just say, "it's a repair coming back", she wouldn't know it's that brand new cue you just dumped $2k on.....

Let's not talk about the amount of shoes, purses, and jewelry I've had to buy, though..

You all need to learn how to move money a little better.... :p
