It was solely directed at me, and if i hadn't posted, it wouldn't have happened.

Considering that Corey has been forfeited out of Charlie Events, if this proves to be true, it would be very interesting indeed if a couple of guys got tossed from a Corey tournament.

Unless you find out it happened for sure, it's not a good idea to drop names like that.
This is a good idea, but why not make a volunteer score the whole match (all matches) and the players sign the score sheet before submitting it? Just ask for a pool of voluteers and don't let friends score friend's matches.

I am very suspicious of the allegations made above. Neither of these two players needs to cheat to win as they are both very powerful. One of them has a lot of folks who make a hobby out of hammering him so I would not pay much heed to this without concrete evidence. Allegations like this are very dangerous and can needlessly harm a career. I am in China without full internet capabilities, Mike is flying to Manila. Please be careful about innuendos and accusations unless you have firm evidence. You would not want folks saying things like this about yourselves. Give this some time, some rest. The truth has a way of maturing and showing itself.
It's a shame that the site has a streaming online match/stats that don't include yesterdays score. They only have today' scored and stats.
If it did have yesterday's, it would be very easy to compare the alleged scores with what was actually noted to see how close or how far off the allegations were.

BUT, on the stream, it was other professionals that were making the allegations about the "shady stuff" going on. They did not drop names, but at the same time, there was an announcement that came over the microphone that the format had been changed in light of what was going on.
Now whether they changed the format a little, a lot, or not at all, i really have no clue about as it was after the round was over, they were all sitting at a table doing the stats, and that was the end of the night.
But if you have top players complaining about other top players cheating, the allegations, when coupled with some of the on site observations, and some of the commentating about to the chat, it would seem that the allegations are indeed, more likely then not.
It by no means has been proven at all.
Not by a long shot, but at the very least, SOMEONE had some stuff going on, and it should be treated as something very serious.
There is no need for a premature lynching, but if the evidence ever comes to the forefront, they SHOULD be exposed for everyone to see.
That's the only fair thing when you take into account how others who might have missed the cut by missing one ball like Mr. SUPA HIGH DEFLECTION Thorsten H. did.
Those people for all intensive purposes, got robbed out of potential monies.

rodney and charlie were playing the 15 game format. The score ended 8-7 in favor of rodney and the 2 of them had 12 break n runs between the 2 of them. Which in this format the b&r;s give you extra points.
People in the crowd even said they only seen 4 b&r's at most. Plus there score sheet had eraser marks all over it.
So there ya go take it however you want too. But thats the facts.
whom ever was cheating if its proven true should have thier photos put smack in the middle of the home page as CHEATERS! If it was me I would embarass the guilty (if they are) so bad they would not want to show face anymore. Just more reason to support the fact that you don't earn respect by just playing pool, but you sure as hell can lose it if your cheating at it.

Lets forget about gratification tho, even if it was just for the money cheating for that ammount of $$$ someone is going to win in that tourney(especially for a high profile player) is about as dumb as the move friend that i went to highschool with pulled. He got a full athletic ride to college and then got kicked out for selling a $5 sack of weed. If your going to get in trouble for something, hell at least have enough sense to do something worth it, the cons out weigh the pros on this by a land slide. Plus 12 break and runs out of 15 racks, thats an 80% run out ratio...how often do you see that?
Still I refuse to accept this issue even as plausable untill further information is laid out instead of just he said she said. Honestly it could just be a bunch of BS, or maybe its not....but I hope someone gets to the bottom of this and people take proper action.
