smoking ban
I have not had the time to read all of this thread , but being from a state that is going smoke free in 2009 I think that it is a bunch of bull sh$$t. I am not a smoker and never will be, I too like to go home with out the smell of smoke, but this whole thing about taxing smokers is an unfair tax. Is this not how the revaluation got started with the Boston Tea party unfair taxation with out representation. I for one am getting tired of the government blackmailing us and telling us that unless you comply we will cut off federal aid. The price of cigarettes are getting so out of range along with the price of gas which is controlled by our government where is it going to end. By the way has anyone of you see the report that the smoking ban has increased the fatalities on our Hi-ways because people are driving farther distances to go to a bar that they can smoke in. Just a thought to ponder.
