Bobby is great, i dont know him very much but the time we spoke I like him and he is beyond funny.


as far as the "system" in america its a joke we have more people in custody than any other country in the world about 2.3 million. They love to put people in cages here despite their innocence or guilt. Its an industry that destroys alot of lives.

We also have more people in custody from other countries than those of our own...:D :D

The fact that this great country of ours has laws that people feel the need to break is why there are so many people behind bars. The "system" does just fine for those that don't feel the need to break laws. Why don't all the drug dealers and other law breakers go to an Arabic country or maybe Singapore and experience what real punishment is.
I just read the link related to Pickle and I feel for him, but if he chose to hang with guys that are dealing drugs or doing other stupid things and got caught then maybe next time he'll think about hanging around those types of people. If they were going to rob a bank would he have gone with them? Use some common sense folks.

He was just using a motel room at a tournament because he had already checked out of his own.

If it was wrong to be in the same room with pool players who have drugs on them, they would need a fleet of busses to carry most of the people at pool tournaments off to jail.

The "system" in America is made up of people and I do not consider it as joke especially when the system is rail roading the innocent people or giving the punishment that is not proportionate to the crime.8th amendament of the US constitution prohibits cruel and unusual punishment.Punishment should fit the crime.That is only in the books but not in the real life.:cool:

The punishment always fits the crime, you just have to remember that it is a crime to be poor. We have the best justice system money can buy. The poorer you are, the greater punishment you will receive.

OJ got away with a double homicide. Johnny Cochran played the race card perfectly.

Phil Spector is still free years after shooting an innocent girl in the mouth. Money can buy you freedom.

Robert Blake walked too. So much for justice in America. It's an imperfect system, but the best one we've got.

That is not neccessarily true. I myself could be in jail right now, but someone decided to stop lying before they took my life away. Trust me when I say for a fact, there are innocent people in jail.
