If a tracking number is not posted in the next 4 hours for OVERNIGHT SHIPPING to the address I've provided you numerous times, I'll be contacting the Houston PD and filing any and every charge I can come up with....

I think I've been more than patient. Not responding to several calls or emails is just not cool.... especially when you have my money.

Ross, Sorry to hear your having a tough transaction my friend. Hopefully there is a valid reason for this guy not responding.

ya know i'm not sure how you paid but if it was with anything other than a postal money order it can either be canceled....i.e.---money order, bank check, etc..... or disputed-----Paypal, credit card, etc.....

I disputed this (paypal) last night after I got fed up.... I've found out there are two names, I don't know which... Roland Garcia or Russell West. Anyone know for sure?

Payment was sent via paypal to the seller "sugarplum*409" on ebay, name is Kalya Silkwood (which turns out to be the Roland or Russell guy....)

If I don't get closure in the next 2hrs 46min, I'll be contacting the Houston PD. I do have the address for this guy, along with phone number, etc.

There is, and I didn't catch it until the day after I had paid this Silkwood gal... I did a search here on that last name and came up with the Wild West thread you are referencing...

The guy has made a lot of good transactions, I'm hoping this will turn into the majority and not the minority....

I really hope that it does brother,it is sad when people have to be scumbags and steal from people like this. :cool:

Based upon this, I picked up the phone right away and called Houston PD. I had created a report when I get a call from JayBaltimore with new information... I gave his number to a few people to see if they would answer, since he had my numbers and wouldn't answer...

Anyways, a friend got involved and there appears to be a huge clusterf*ck going on right now... I should know more in 24 hrs, but from what I know, I'm being refunded for my purchase....
 
Always pay Postal Monet order

Get a good phone # too. The local post master will get results or have them arrested.

You didnt notice the 8 red rep marks and bad itrader deal he had....one is enough for me?Sorry to hear this crap again on him

Glad to hear it. If you don't... did you pay via credit card --> paypal? They'd probably give you your money back if Paypal didn't.

Only $9xx was on credit card, the remaining ~$1400 was in my paypal account....

Based upon what I've been told this morning by a friend of Roland's, things should work out for the best in the near future.... I'll update this thread as things happen.
 
when i read the first post all I could think of was how lame that someone would make a thread to say what you said but for 2400.00 I would be ready to kill on sight. Does this guy know that he is messing with a NINJA. I hope it all works out for you sir because 2400 is a very expensive lesson. IMO You should always do a search on the seller before you buy.

I thought I've made this clear, but it was an ebay auction that I won where Mr. Roland (Wild West) was posing as his girlfriend....

This is the auction that was won - once I had to pay (which I did shortly after auction end), I received the full name of the seller... It took a few hours to dawn on me that the name sounded familiar, so I did a search here and realized who it really was....
 
i was also taken by roland garcia of texas on ebay. he claimed to make custom cue cases so i picked one up through an ebay auction. to make things short the case he sent was complete garbage its like he glued some leather to some tubing from another case. the glue was still wet when i got it. i complained he said send the cae back for a refund and i never heard from the guy again. this happened before i saw any posts here on az about him. the guy is a complete and total scumbag. i wish we had az enforcers for every state. id love for this guy to get paid a "visit". ill even volunteer myself for nj and ny lol. good luck trying to get your money back but i wouldnt hold my breath.
