JoeyA and I have been working on a project that we thought some of you might like to participate in. I will be ordering some keychains from Joey and he will be providing the details for the design specifications. If there are any of you who would like to be immortalized, you can take a shot at
designing the official AZ Billiard KeyChain.

All members can make constructive criticism and offer suggestions to the designers. I will make the final decision on selecting the design.

The person who creates the winning design will receive a prize that is still undecided. I am trying to come up with something appropriate for the winner.

Here are the specs for members interested in trying their hand at designing them...

Are You Going To Suppy Some KEYS ?

I don't know about designing and all that stuff, but my idea would be to have a pushable button on the keyring (a big oval button) that reads "Delete" and of course an AZB logo.

You could put a picture of Fatboy on the keyrings and then no matter how bad you treat your keys or lose them.............. they keep coming back. :)

The sample shows a radio station key chain and my poor excuse for a one color logo. I hope we have some creative people out there because my one color artwork is just a whipping boy. :o [/ATTACH]

Why not just make it a pool table? Poolplayers are always trying to find something rectangular to show the table layout to a buddy- this way you would always have something handy and could just pull out the keychain (great advertising).
Shoot, you could even put AZbilliards.com on the nameplate (Brunswick).

How many ink colors are you going to use?

Has anyone decided on a keychain material color yet?
 
Up to 4 colors and the keychain material can be whatever color you want it to be.

I might be a little too busy this week to come up with something, but I will go ahead and lend my services here. Whenever the winning design is chosen I will go ahead and make it a vector image, as I assume 99% of the submissions will be flat jpegs made in Photoshop or MSPaint.
 
vector art? man...

That is putting quite a restriction, or perhaps worded better, entry barrier, on who can compete.

Any chance of eliminating the vector art requirement?

And, how about first place gets entry in the U.S. open?

OK, it's a starting point anyway. :)
 
Here is my idea. When a someone asks to borrow money, or someone wants to play a big set without posting the money, just look at your new azbilliards keychain!!!

Very nice.
However, please remember: NO SCREENS. That means no gradation or shading in the colors. The colors must be solid colors (100% solid). Can you re-do that one without the screening?
