Number two? Let's see, there's Souquet, Hohmann, Chamat, Immonen, Ortman, Petroni, Lely, Van Den Berg and a few others I'm missing. And you say you're number two? I can only surmise that these guys are not active on "your" tour.

Actually Jay, Jonni is number 2 in Europe and all those guys are active. He's done very well indeed in what is without doubt the toughest tour on the planet.

The rankings don't lie as they say, Jonni just has never played in the states before so prob a bit of an unknown there.

You will meet him at the 2007 WPC, he is qualified from his victory in an Eurotour event in 2006 (Swiss Open 2006).

Well, it's kind of nice to put a face to the name. Here's a snapshot from the http://www.Pro9.co.uk website of Jonathan "Jonni" Fulcher taken in 2006.

BTW, Furrybottom, it would be very cool if you could upload a personally owned picture of yoruself to the article on the Wikipedia website: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jonni_Fulcher

I would be happy to help you edit the article, too, if you are interested, in an effort to have it meet the Wikipedia guidelines. I am a junior Wikipedian. ;)

I will send you a PM about a prospective backer here in the U.S. with his phone number. He will be at the U.S. Open and enjoys backing capable champions in this venue.

Hi Jay, I'm sorry if I caused some alarm. I never meant it to read that I was the second best player in Europe, cause of course that would be an impossible statement to make in any case. I would never presume to put myself above the likes of Souquet, Chamat, Engert, Hohmann, Ortmann, Immonen, Petroni, Lely, Van Den Berg, Feijen... etc etc... the list goes on and on. It's just that my current ranking on the eurotour is no 2.

Of course, unless I repeat a victory in the Swiss event this year, my ranking will probably slip down a few places. I'm fairly new on the scene, having only started to play the Eurotour in 2005, so I'm clearly way behind all these guys in terms of notability. However, I'm hoping to continue to improve my profile and the next natural step is to start playing in the USA.

I'd love to start trying my hand in the home of pool and pitting my skills against the best players in the world, hence a good way to start would be at the US Open this year.

Sorry again for any offence caused. Was not my intention.

I like you Jonni and I always reserve the right to change my mind. I think I will back you. When you made that left handed combination, that impressed me more than anything you put on here. See I pay close attention to details. PM me and we'll work it out.

Jonny is a great kid, Jay. He won 10 - 9 against Tony Drago in the final of the Eurotour in Switzerland, and played awesome.

At the Eurotour in Austria last year, I remember we were sitting around a table drinking some beers with some of the other brits, and I then told him that I was impressed with how well he spoke English. All the guys laughed. Jonny's a brit too ;)

How could I know he was from England? After all he was representing Switzerland on the Eurotour, and they are normally not that good in English :D

Jay, right now you are staking one of MY horses in the race :D

I would love to see you lose our US Open bet cause your horse is winning it. That must be what is called a win-win-win situation for all 3 of us :D

Hello Jonni,
If you skip the US Open and can get your paperwork in order for Derby City I would be interested in bringing you over do you gamble? Could you PM me with a list of past matches if possible? I enjoy staking great players in mutual profitable situations. My offer is as follows: I would fly you and if you have a significant other over to the US two weeks or a month prior to Derby City if you skip the US open. I will pay for all lodging and meals before and at Derby City. I pay the tournament entry fees if we decide you are playing in the events. I arrange and stake all side action. I pay travel costs prior to the Derby. You work on brushing up on 1pkt working with my guru. All expenses paid by me we split all tournament/ring game/side action you get 40% I get 60% you get your cut after the match/tourny I reserve the right to take any rail action, but I will not accept side action from your oppanent or backer, we will split that 60/40. If the arrangement is acceptable to both of us we take a short road after the Derby with the same arrangement finacially. PM me if you are interested
