We all know that when you hav a free stream you get alot more viewers. So the past couple of weekends it was free to watch if it was watchable. So I am just curious with this poll How many watched for free and how many are planning on paying to continue watching?
 
I paid for the weeks matches. Need to make sure I can view on my iPhone before I buy the whole season.
 
If it gets to a free venue (ie TV, I may watch). I watched some free and some YouTube. I enjoy watching pros play, regardless of the game. For me, I think the cost is a little high for the offering. And I prefer to watch on my TV vs on my computer.
 
I'm sure the majority will really want to make sure there has been a week or two of perfect streaming before they will start paying.

Also I'm sure tons will be happy Just watch the free Thursday matches. Bonus ball is all in to get TV channels all across the globe to pick it up anyway.
 
I'll pay to watch some here and there. If money weren't so tight for me right now, I'd watch more. As the season develops, I'll surely be more enticed to watch. I mean, dontcha want to watch the World Series vs the beginning of a 162 game season?

I will likely support other streams over BB when there's an overlap.

But I will absolutely support BB, unless I see it as truly predatory.

That's where I am at right now. I watched last night but it was so choppy I would not have been happy if I had paid for it.

Some were saying it was fine and that it must have been on my end. But everything else I tried was working well.

I watched one free match. I could not see what all the hoopla was about. It looked like some kind of variance of a 2-team ring game with goofy-colored balls. You could entertain me just the same with a Johnny Archer/Shane Van Boening versus Dennis Orcullo/Francisco Bustamante Scotch Doubles 10-ball match.

I won't ever pay for Bonus Ball (nor watch it again).

Good luck, lol. Seriously I hope you can watch on mobile devices. I wasn't able to last night on my Android Tablet.
 
Bull Shooters Billiards here in AZ paid for the whole season, plus archives, and will be showing matches on a large screen TV for the whole pool room to see every time the Phoenix Fire plays. They will also put up the archived matches for any of the teams if customers ask for them.

Bull Shooters' owner, Mike Bates, knows how to promote. :thumbup:

I think they need to make it free for a few months to let it catch on and get people hooked. I watched some of it during the free streaming and enjoyed but I think the packages are very pricey. A per match price would be good too, since it is summer people are very busy. I will not spend $10 for a weekend package when I may only be able to watch one or two matches...

Also next week is the 10 ball events... streaming free...

I think that is a great idea ! I will be purchasing some matches myself. Have plans tonight but I will be watching Houston and New York Sunday. How could you not see the next round, Earl vs JJ. I like Houston, Not as much without Chip & Dip though.

The week before I watched all the matches on my iPhone perfectly but last night it wouldn't work at all. I'm confident they will figure it out and we will all have good streams on our phones.

i watched bonus ball for two days last week and will never watch it again...free or not
 
PPV stream working perfect on iPhone now.

Corey D is a genius. And I love watching Scott Frost. They are in the second game now.

I have no plans to watch free or otherwise. Just one more fad that will be long forgotten by this time next year. In the only glimpse I had I saw a few very bored looking pros playing a game that none of them truly understood. No one bothered to teach them the rules and they didn't seem interested enough to learn them on their own. Oh I forgot, who was it that said they all love this game? Meanwhile back at the ranch everyone is sweating their pay check each week. And that's a dose of reality!
 
Paid for the PPV but can't get access. Numerous others having the same problem per Facebook.
