on 15th March i bought 2 cases.
on 31 march i bought another 5 cases for 1100 after a discount for large order.
6 raffles went off.
total cost of case = 550 + (1100/5)x 4 = $1430

IMO I think there are a few ways that you can actually make everyone satisfied. It is very clear that you are trying to cheat others here. I do not believe that you did not know the cases were counterfeit before it was sent to you as it was mentioned that these cases were not the only counterfeit that you have raffled.
My suggestion is refund every participants fully and put yourself at loss for the cost and shipping of the cases to make things right. Why Should the winners or participants bear these for you eventhough the winners have the cases?? Since it was your fault for cheating everyone in your raffles at the first place. I do not think you breaking even and the participants making a loss is fair at all. It is either this or just sent the winners the real thing and be more responsible for your actions.
Honestly speaking, I am not being greedy here. I just do not understand why we should bear the costs of your loss since you are obviously cheating here. I believe in Singapore they take copyright and fraud issues very seriously. Penalties would vary from fines, cane and even jail time.
I do not know whether everyone will agree with me but this is how I actually feel and just my suggestion. You have our $$ with you and can decide on what you're gonna do with it. Be it refunding the $$ less shipping and cost or just run away. But I hope you consider this and look at this matter in the point of view of the raffle participants.

I think we can safely say that the actual revenue is in between $2070 and $2298. Not 1917.5 as stated. Unless he is taking out the PP fees, which he wouldn't pay any way if he does refunds. But he is claiming that this is gross revenue before fees.
Now let's go back to his statement that he didn't know the cases were not "JB J.Flowers" until after he got them. Well above he says he bought two on the 15th of March and then five more two weeks later. So are we to believe that he wasn't aware of the fact that he had counterfeits from the first two? Most likely he saw how quickly his raffles filled on the first two and thought he would snap off five more.
As to his claim that he paid $1430 for the seven cases that's complete and utter BS. That's MORE than he would pay if he had bought real ones directly from the factory at the same wholesale price they sell to all Chinese dealers at. He could buy them RETAIL in China for not much more than that. His "proof" is meaningless. It screenshots of total payments and not itemized invoices. It's all smoke and mirrors. Either he is truly a major dumbass who doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground or he is a major liar who knows full well who the authorized dealers of authentic J.Flowers cases are and who the sources for knockoffs are.
But here is the really great part. After all his laying out of all his "costs" he ends up with a net profit of $217.50 which should be proportionately divided amongst 44 raffle ticket buyers? Even equally divided that works out to $4.95 each as a refund. So basically the 44 buyers are expected to bear all the costs for this heist and he comes out even (if you believe his math and his per case cost). Such a good deal. Get caught then make the victims bear the cost and give them back a portion of their money. Don't get caught and live on easy street.
And notice that he is including the 7th UNSOLD case in his costs and subtracting it from his claimed revenue? So he wants you all to pay for the case he still has on top of it all.
I don't know, his math skills are as crappy as his business skills. But I am glad he is providing me with all sorts of evidence to use against him.

The thing that bothers me the most about this the most is he is expecting US, the people he scammed, to pay for his counterfeit items. So he breaks even while were all STILL OUT MONEY.

Being a winner of one of these cases, I have a different kind of suggestion.....
Tas should send the winners all real JB Flowers Tribute Cases and pay all of the winners of the cases the cost to return the cases to him and he can get his money back from his "reputable dealer".

^ This is the most logical thing for him to do. Fact is, only the winners are screwed out of what they were promised. I know that entering a raffle for an item that turns out to be different or not as promised sucks, and is immoral for the listing party. But in the end, the losing parties didn't lose any money they wouldn't have originally. If you entered the raffle, and you lost, life goes on, you were not cheated. The winner was cheated. People who are trying to get their money back now, need to think of the actual winner who was duped, not themselves.
We DO NOT NEED to get paypal involved in this as it will scew up the raffles here even more in the future or even cause them to cease all together. Think about the big picture here. If you blew $150 on his raffles and didn't win a case, I am sorry, but guess what, if it had been an authentic JB Flowers tribute case.....you would still be out the $150.00.
Tas, do the right thing and swap the real cases out. Or just buy the old cases back so the winners can buy one from JB.

Everyone paid evenly and took the chance to win the nice case as advertised. So, everyone loses.
Replace the counterfeits with real cases and refund back all the participants entry fees.

Everybody that purchased spots on these stupid raffles was cheated equally. The other issue is this guy has been a member as long as I have and unless he's been living under a rock he knew that you don't pull this crap On AZ. The other annoying fact is that Tass didn't step up untill the owner / admin himself called Predator.
When was the last time anyone can remember where Mike H. had to call a factory to see if an item for sale on AZB was a fake or not.
I wonder how long this guy thought he was going to get away with it.
To add insult to injury, the guy only comes on the forum to make a buck, and he can't spend 35-bucks to be a club member.

I agree. Id be happy to send this case back and get what we all thought we were raffling on. I am still debating putting in a paypal claim against him for the Richard Black since I asked for my money back yesterday afternoon.
