I would have loved to see Melinda kick some ass. I was pulling for you Melinda.
This thread did get me looking around for more information on the tournament. I did find the bracket and results spreadsheet which was helpful, but I was disappointed that I could not find a full set of the rules anywhere and very disappointed that I could not find the payouts anywhere and I looked pretty hard.
The WPBA site didn't seem very good at providing information. I have to agree with some of the other discussion threads I DID find that say unfortunately women's pool in the US seems to be fighting an uphill battle and sliding backwards. Those threads alluded to lower prize money as the reason we had a poor showing from overseas.
