So is it even up or jason gets the 8 and last 2? Kind of hard to tell by your post.
 
You should maybe use less i's in big. Maybe you shouldn't say big until you add at least another 0 to 1000. 1000 is respectable but not biiiiig. Maybe you shouldn't announce the match until they find backers.

Knowing one of the players from multiple cities, I hope the money is upfront and held by an independent. Can't blame Jason for trying to get as much as possible. Who is Paul Reyes? Where's he from?

B. "both players are looking for backers"???? If you're looking for backers on here for a gambling match then you aren't good enough to have a backer.

I'm a little confused? are both players putting up a dime AND they are looking for a backer for more?.....or are they just looking for someone to put up the money?


as far as amount?.....any amount I'd be pissed fell outta my pocket is enough to gamble for.! :) some people just have bigger pockets!:grin-square:
 
If this is big I hate to hear what he says to 8,000 a set. Good luck to both of them though but if they were that good they wouldn't have to look for backers but just work out they ratio they get paid. That's just my opinion bc all the A+ players here have lines of people wanting to back them.

Welcome to the forum Miscue! It's easy to see your enthusiasm shine through. When I first started posting I was pretty new to the game and it was easy for the seasoned veterans to see. I got sniped a bunch for my green-ness. I still do on occasion from the hardened criminals. :eek: ;)

Miscue, thick skin is a necessity in the school of AZ Billiards. Pay your price, the lessons will be worth it if you want it. Good luck and keep the passion!
