Hope you get lots of rest and that this will be your last surgery needed.
Like John said, don't rest them fingers too much. We miss you here.

I kind of remember when I met & played one pocket with a guy we called Wacky Jacky at Dick McGiveron's pool room at 11th & Broadway in San Diego many years ago. I remember he had some stiches in his head from a previous altercation. Big Sergio took Tony Annigoni and me down to Tiajuana for some bar hopping and we got back just in time Sunday for Tony to win the tournament. John

I surely hope they got it fixed and yu feel like a kid again.

Back Surgery! Really not looking forward to that man. Hope recovery and all goes well.

Dolla Bill! I hope everything went well, and I'm eventually going to give you a call for some pool and stories man. I'm wishing you a full and quick recovery.

I just spoke with Bill on the phone. He had the surgery last Thursday I believe. It wasn't spinal surgery, but they did remove a sizeable benign cyst from his lower back area superficial to his spine. Reportedly he has been in quite a lot of pain, although it's starting to ease somewhat. He said it will be a few days before he's able to sit at the computer; but he was very touched that guys were wishing him well. I'm sure he'll give us the full report just as quick as he's able!!

Just wanted to tell you guys how much I appreciate the concern. It is greatly appreciated. Like Doc said, it wasn't connected to the spine so I was lucky that way. I am told it may help in the near future in being able to walk around the table a little more. This thing had built up for a long time and was the size of my hand and in the same shape. I am still having pain sitting for any length of time but felt after speaking to Doc the other night I wanted to thank all of you.
