I was the chief editor and much of it came from previous rule sets I had worked on, but the revision of January 2008 was a group effort of an international committee that met for three days in late 2006 in Gary, Indiana.
 
Maybe as impressive as what the article states, is I don't believe I've ever seen anyone mad at you on the forums, in all the years. That takes talent!
