Fatboy,

2)If you pick up a stranger women for one night stand-as soon as u get into yore room with her u immediately hide the vallet containing your IDs,credit cards in a place that she will not suspect. Some of them will search for yore vallet when you go to the bath room after that 3 minute fun.I will suggest a good place to hide the vallet-in the hamper under the dirty under wear.
do you hear me my friend? :D

First off I would not pick up a strange woman for a one night stand.

Secondly, I would have the valet stay in the parking lot with the car, not inside of my clothes hamper. No way am I going to be involved with a M?nage ? trois ala voyeur.

That kinky stuff will kill you.

Yeah...I only have 1,000 hours total time with Commercial, Insturment and Multi-engine ratings.

I'm a real loser I guess.

But you certainly are establishing the kind of poster you are very early on.

Jim

No type ratings. No ATP. Only 1000 hrs total time. And less than 150 hours of actual IMC I bet. Zero Jet time . not even 5 hours of turbine time. Is your ticket still wet???

Any news on Bobby Pickle? If he got 25 years in 2005, he might be up for early release.
Damn long time to be incarcerated. I recall watching him play big money sets vs Larry Price around 2000/2001 or so in Lexington KY. Fun guy, man was he tossing back the brews (no judgement, I liked a frothy beverage too). Wishing him well. Regardless of whatever happened, and I certainly do not know what transpired, life goes on and we get to choose the person we want to be today....a choice we get the privilege of making daily. No one is perfect and I for one believe that we can all be better than our worst moments. I believe in second chances. And third ones (and more too)...dang I need 'em for one...

just checked. BP is up for parole in '28.

Did I miss something? This thread, started in 2008, said he got 3 years.
waaaay more. i think it was the kidnap/robbery case-2010- that got him the long stretch. he's not known to be a violent guy but Bobby has had legal issues for most of his adult life. made some bad choices no doubt.

If you like legal shit here's a review of an appeal he tried. Denied. https://casetext.com/case/united-states-v-pickle-7
I know Bobby’s travels were like three miles of bumpy road, but Damn, this has been forever. I had a grandchild born after he went away who is now at the University of Kansas.
I played him when he was 16 living in Cocoa Beach, have only watched him since. Saw the drink-as-you-shoot match at Exec West bar with J Kirkwood and could tell he is a genuinely good guy.
Would it help to write a letter of sorts before his next parole hearing/appeal?

Representing yourself in court is crappy idea.
His appeal was based on two assertations and the court didnt even consider them, denied for administrative causes! Brutal.

I (work) have a suit that my lawyer didn't go to court for yesterday. He sent me an email that he wouldn't be attending because the suit wasn't filed properly and he thought the judge would dismiss it without any effort by us, based on that.

Some people get paid for what they know, not what they do.

No. He gets out in '28. Pretty sure he's exhausted all attempts to get out earlier. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Kinda like Congress. bunch of stuffed-shirt lawyers with a bunch of degrees who have never actually done shit.

no, just their own fkng wallet. most are owned by some business, gov't, action group. i'd put half of them in jail in a heartbeat. i'm talking about real treasonous shit not some bullshit porn star payoff.
There should definitely be audits of all elected officials- personal AND ESPECIALLY financial- prior to acceptance as our servants.
