I typically try to stay our of other people's business and only post here when I really feel like I have something to offer, which is not very often.
In this case I felt like ActionHound's responses were self-incriminating enough to warrant the red rep. I would hope that others do the same so he doesn't rip off someone else in the future.

After all, Jay's one of the pillars of this community, and ActionHound, I hate to say it but you're a shoe-in as the member in the worst standing at the moment.
i threw some red on him, only the second time I did that but it seems to be the right thing to do, I said "pay the man, its worth the resect of your peers". which reminds me I gotta pay the TAR guys this week on the cue thing I didnt know when it was over, Chad called me but I had my phone off, i'm gonna call him tonight like I usually do.

Here is my two cents.... you stated that you sent a bank check to Jay. To protect your dignity I would suggest you scan the receipt of the bank check and email Jay or post it on AZ. The receipt will clearly state the #serial number and date. I would consider that a big plus against any skepticism towards you. Jay, if it is worth your time and effort you can have that check tracked.

He is really showing his true colors now. This is a non differentiating debt ducker. He will only pay bills under duress. And probably has problems with every landlord he has rented from. I'd like a dollar for all his eviction notices. I know the type. He knows exactly how long an eviction takes. Four to six months free rent in most places. He'll be leaving Pensacola by May.
