Boy!!!

Of course he won't accept. Grady might run 100 or more every time he gets on the table.

I'm sorry for ever heckling you Grady, you're the man and for what its worth, I'm 100% on your side on this!

If this game goes down, window is open if anyone likes Randy!

$10 on Grady, $50 Randy won't take him up! :D :D

I'd like to bet $10,000 that Randy DOES take him up on the offer.....

Doug
( note: I said that I'd "LIKE" to bet $10,000. Unfortunately, I don't have the entire $10,000, but I DO have $1.43 and that bets. Wait, wait, my wife just gave me all the money in her purse and now I have $1.74 and THAT bets ) :) :) :)

I said this before in other posts, but if person A is funding a championship and person B wants to play, it's up to person A to invite person B or for person B to qualify. Person B calling out person A to a $20k match that person A has ZERO chance of winning gives person B ZERO chance of an invite.

Everyone on planet EARTH feels person B deserves an invite for any 1P championship; however, unless people C-Z (to infinity) put up the cash that person A is putting up, we might as well complain to the plant growing in the corner.

For some reason person A and person B don't love each other, so maybe person B should have his own 1P championship and not invite person A.

Since person A can't beat person B, person A will bark to put in his top gun player C, who person B can't beat in a race to 500 which forces person B to change the game to 1P (which he may not win yet) so person B would ask for a spot or call in player D to play player C....

... essentially resembling a sandbox fight between a bunch of 6 year olds.

there is a lot more to this matter than a "sandbox fight between a bunch of 6 year olds".people that have been around know that grady is 100% right and he cares about the game first.i know of dozens of players who know what a joke this is,even if you dont see them posting about it on azb.start a "world championship" and dont invite players that should be there because "you can".tell me how this is good for pool......what's even more funny to me is randy really thinks this will take place...pfffft

Yeah, but it's fun! :D :D

Okay Smorgie, 43 cents on Grady, and a dollar Randy doesn't take him up. I don't want your wife to have to get involved. :D :D

Why

why do people ***** about everything...........

...because they can!:D :p ;) I understand why Grady is so upset but what I don't understand is why he just doesn't start his own really and tell the others to go to H3LL. He has the capability to pull any tournament off so why doesn't he just do it?

NOT disagreeing with you. RIGHT/WRONG versus REALITY are two different birds, however. The sponsor can invite/uninvite whoever he chooses... because, "HE CAN." It sucks for pool - but it is, what it is.

Exactly,

I bet if Grady started his own tourney and didnt invite Efren or Chohan or Cliff I bet you wouldnt find either on of them complaining about not being invited. If there were qualifiers and they really wanted to play they would have participated in those qualifiers and not sit back and expect an invitation as if they were pool royalty or something.

Grady would obviously challenge someone he knows he can beat so he can look like a big man and show everyone that he can beat Randy. Well guess what? We already knew that Grady could beat him, just like he can beat 99.999 percent of the worlds population.

If Hohman would have excluded Grady from a tourney would he challenge him also? No, I didnt think so.

yes because "he can".who else will be left out because "he can"? im not disagreeing either, this however is my reality, a guy that does something just because he can, even if its not the right thing and he knows it is a guy that we all should be cautious of.

what makes you think that these guys wouldnt be invited regardless of how he feels about them?

Why me, Randy? I've never been anything but nice to you and you degrade, villify and embarrass me for no reason. You further post outright lies about lots of things.
Well, pal, something needs to be done about you. This is the last time I'll ever dirty up a post of mine with your name
but let's see what you're really made of: I challenge you you to 500 points of Straight Pool for $20,000. I'll select the equipment, the date and the site. I mean, just because you're richer than anyone in pool you think guys like you should get an invite to a pro event and be able to pick whoever you want.
I'll select a well respected ref, like Pat Fleming or Scott Smith and we'll just get it on, mano a mano.
By the way, Mr. Wilson, people like this creep should be permanently barred from this newsgroup
.

i nominate this as the goofiest challenge yet.

I bet grady 20K that I can take him in a 100m sprint...but I get to pick out his shoes...............
