I just completed a deal with Shane aka cuephoric, and the item was described perfectly....Shane did a great job packaging, and surprised me with overnight shipping at no extra charge ( i requested usps priority which usually takes 2-3 days ). Great transaction with masonh!

I completed a deal on a Nitti PJ with masonh. Could not be happier with the transaction. Good communication and fast shipping. Cue just as described if not better. Can't wait to deal with him again.

I bought some joint protecters off of NBLLO1 on ebay super cheap ... I know he took a beating in these cause you can't buy them for half of what I paid... Dave was super nice and had wonderful customer service he made me feel like I had made a friend here on the AZ boards ... And his product is super sweet very nice work and super fast shipping ... This guy is a huge asset to the AZ boards ...He is good to his word and super friendly I would love to deal with him again and probably will at some point they do not come any better then nbllo1 aka Dave

I just wanted to say that it was a pleasure doing business with Henny HaHa.

When I contacted him regarding a South West cue that he was selling on the forum, he responded to my questions promptly and provided all of the information that I needed regarding the cue. After he received payment for the cue, he immediately shipped the cue in solid and secure package. He then contacted me again to make sure that I was satisfied with the purchase.

I just got in a huge shippment from Troy ... Well it is huge for me ...lol...It consisted of two Schons retailing at 1300.00 and 1350.00.... A 1131 and a 1401 both of these cues are beautiful and brand new ,Also included was a OB1 shaft ... an upgraded Schon IV shaft and the standard Schon shaft ... Troy also included some tip tools and some master chalk ... The product was wrapped perfectly no damage at all.. The product far exceeded my expectations and I'm pumped about it ... Shipping was very fast ... And not enough can be said about Troy and how he deals with his customers ... He never complained when I changed my mind . He always strove to satisfy me ... He went out of his way to give me what I wanted even dipping into his own personal tool box ...lol... His emails and info was always prompt and accurate ... I will deal with Troy again in the future this guy is the real deal ... And a great credit to the AZ boards and all Pool Players in general ....

AZ9BALLER is Great to Deal with

I just received the josswest w/6 shafts in the mail today and it's everything Gary said it would be. Gary was a pleasure to do business with: great communication; tracking #s; received a day early; ans as described. I would not hesitate to do business w/Gary again.

Flyingsnail Is The Man!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to post this up, even though I never actually paid Kenny Koo for anything!!!

I posted up a thread, looking for a couple layered tips. I did this for 2 reasons.

5% because I wanted a couple spare tips for my cue

95% because I wanted to show off some pictures of my new baby daughter

Kenny responded via PM, and asked me for my mailing address. I asked him what he had, and what I could buy from him. He never gave me a price, and instead told me that he wanted to send me a "congratulations" present.

Today, the USPS guy dropped off a small box from Kenny. Inside the box was a plastic Sniper case. Inside that case was 12....count them....12 different layered tips!!! :eek: :eek: Kenny sent me some Everest, Moori, Super Pro, and Snipers....and refused to take a penny.

I don't know about what ya'll think....but to me, that is so far above and beyond, it's pretty near unbelievable!!

Kenny - You are a really great hearted man, sir. I can't thank you enough, and like I mentioned via PM to you a bit earlier tonight....you've just made a customer for life.
