Long and the short of it was.......we had done a deal a couple months ago, and things worked out a bit different than I had hoped for. I will admit I was a touch upset, and went a little overboard in my criticisms to him about the deal.

A few weeks passed by, and Troy responded to one of my "looking to buy a XXX" threads....and went WAY WAY WAY above and beyond the call, in an effort to make me happy about a transaction with him, and to prove that he was a stand-up guy.

I, first, want to publicly apologize to Troy for making what I'm sure was a small mountain out of a small mole hill.

And second, I want to thank Troy for working such a fantastic deal with me for what I was looking for. The item was perfect, shipped quickly, packaged well, and was everything I was wanting.

great transaction!!

I had trade cue with Krbsailing, transaction was very smooth, cue show up, and like the way he described. Very nice looking. I will be looking forward to do more business with Krbsailing again in the future.

I had a smooth transaction with Thingie. I bought a $2K+ South West cue. When the cue arrived it had some wobble. Possibly due to the climate change from Singapore. There was also an unexpected small chip in the finish.

Thingie issued a 100% full refund. He's a man of his word.
