That would not have been a foul in Oklahoma City in the 70's and 80's, thankfully someone finally decided that is was not a good idea to let people get on the table. I remember Tommy Tucker playing a big one pocket game at Truelove's standing in the middle of the table just below the side pockets to try and nudge the cue ball without fouling
