Congrats To Joey A on a fine tournament

Great shooting, Joey! In an extremely tough field and you hung in there to the end........Congrats and whether you know it or not you're a player the Pros do not want to draw.....Keep up the good work.

Poor Joey won't be able to get a game any more, with all these posts trumpeting his successes... :p

Congratulations, sounds like you're on a roll.

And it is not Lock N Load knocking his action, this time!
Justadub, you hit the nail on the head.

Awww gee guys. :embarrassed2: I just got lucky.

I thank all of you for the fine wishes and especially JohnnyT for the thread. I wish i could have come with a better game against Cliff and Brandon but I just ran out of gas.

This happens in a lot of tournaments for me, so you guys who keep bidding me up in the Calcutta, please take that into consideration or I'm going to have to leave you holding the bag. :p

See you all at the White diamonds tournament in Lafayette, LA in three weeks either in person or you can watch on the Livestream. That's the tournament that pulls in 30-40 THOUSAND DOLLARS for the Calcutta. There's a thread over in the Tournament Announcement section that can provide you with the details if you're interested.

JoeyA, simply put, you are the Man!

You are still the Man, JoeyA! And everybody knows this for a fact! Congrats, on your great showing in Thibodaux, Louisiana. They can;t call me Lock N Knoc any more! KoolKat7lives gave me that name... Cliff's shoulder must be really well now!

Lock N Load.

I discontinued using most of the exercises in your video the day before the tournament, although I still did some minor stretching exercises from time to time. I also had been eating a lot of complex carbohydrates before and during the tournament. I think all of it helped but I simply ran out of gas at the end. I think about the only thing that would have helped me is REST. :D

I'll be starting back on the exercise tomorrow because I genuinely believe that they give me additional strength and flexibility (and that helps my pool game).

Thanks,
JoeyA

Good shooting JoeyA, after watching you dispatch Hillybilly in a well played match, I figured the momentum would carry you through and it did, way to go!

And hes modest too.
Goes from a movie star smoking big ceegars to kicking the pros around.

Just treasin ya Joey, I know from your posts here that you are one of the more harder working players, always trying to improve and thats what makes it even more sweeter. And you can tell by the posts that we're happy for you too.

I play a 9 ball tourney every Saturday and many times, after just 5 or 6 hours, I'm pooled out no matter how well I'm doing, so I can imagine what it must be like for the pressure and focus being 10 fold on that one.

But the best part is what Stan said, you're going to be the guy that the pros don't want to see on the first draw.

JoeyA, I could not help saying that about the gas can! Let me see now a 3 gallon can with gas being $3.00 a gallon. That comes to 1 Root beer at Buffalo's Billiards. He, he, he. You did Great at the Thibodaux, Louisiana tournament!

Lock N Load.

The other gas can is only a 2 gallon can, $3.00 a gallon= Half a root beer!
And if I make 2 trips then it will be a Root beer and a half! He, he, he...
Regards,
Lock N Load.
Just playing... Blue Hog!
