Coring Lathe & Combo Pack Promotional Offer

Yes 1zx07392a849489359 he ask me to mail it to vegas for him to a friend of his house tracking number is listed for those that don't believe me

Fair enough. And I also read that Bassel is processing your refund.

I am sure Bassel will refund all your money. Reversing that money could take a couple days. Be a little patient. Bassel is a little nicer than most people/places, cancel with them and you're looking at a minimum restocking fee of 15%. Since he said your lathe is almost ready, that means he has ordered and paid for ALL the parts.... AND lent you a lathe. So from what I see, Bassel is the one who should be pissed.

If you don't get your money back in a week, then let us know. Not getting it the same day sounds..... well everyone can make up their own mind what that sounds like.

Just ordered a couple things from Bassel he replied quick I sent him a PayPal payment and got it in a few days no problems:thumbup:

I have no horse in this race
If I were Bassell, I woul deduct a fair rental on the toolbox lathe.
It was used at a tourney, and in sure it made money....

That would be the right thing to do, but originally, all I asked was for him to deduct my shipping cost for the toolbox, that was all I asked for, and he flipped out, claiming that was in the past and it was my loss to send it upfront. Yes he has mailed it to Vegas, and it was received, but until I get there and inspect it, I have no idea what's missing or what's damaged if any. The more I think about it, I am starting to wonder it something is wrong with the lathe, and he wants to get the refund before I get to vegas and inspect it. Well I have been burned couple of times in the last year. So this time, I am playing it safe.
I know he kept the driver pins set and couple of tips that he told me of, so technically, I should keep at least $200, but as I expected he is trying to scam me on the driver pins, and started a dispute with his credit card company.
Since he paid for the lathe in 2 transactions. I have to refund his money in 2 transactions too. The $2600+ is on its way and the first deposit of $1250 will be initialized right after I have written authorization to deduct at least $195, and after I personally inspect my toolbox this weekend. This is the most I am willing to do, it's a lot more than other venders would do for sure.
Personally I would rather get my driver pin set back along with one Kamui tip. This way I don't have to worry about a partial refund, and just refund the whole thing, and forget that I ever had the unpleasure of dealing with him.

Look...Randy White. Sometimes things happen. You want your money back and asked for a refund.... You are going to get it.

You received free use of a tool... How much money did this earn you?

Your attitude reminds me of a child....kicking and screaming in the middle of a store for not getting her way.

Bassel has had a few issues but, to the best of my knowledge, has made good on those. It may have not been perfect, but life seldom is....

Do yourself a favor and forget about making cues.... Your NOW NOW NOW attitude is just going to cause you countless hours of frustration.

It all started out real simple, the biggest problem was Bassel stated that he could get the cue building lathe finished by the week of the 4/16. So in march I gave him payment he also agreed to loan me a lathe to use at the Midwest tournament, I thought I was in a win win senario dealling with him. I called him a week after I gave him payment, he told me that on that Monday he was starting the build of 4 Cue Building lathes and that mine was one of them, I sent him a text that weekend and asked how did it go, he said good should be no problem being done by the week of the 4/16, I said thats great news, the following me I checked in to see how things are going, he said just waiting on the taper bar attachments, after that the stupid excuses came. First it was his water heater, so since his water heater went out he couldnt do any work(I've replaced a water heater doesnt take but a few hours) The following weekend it was the taper bar attachments were wrong. Then he says no problem theres no reason he cant finish my lathe before he leaves for Vegas. I talked to him Friday he says "almost done I will send pictures" Sunday comes I hear nothing so I call no answer, monday morning I call no answer, he sends me a text hes in court he will call me at 12 noon, again no call nothing, so I call him, and again no answer, he sends me another text he will call at 5pm, and then another text telling me that the lathe wont be done by thursday that it will have to wait till after he gets back, well thats another month away, and I am nothing willing to wait another month on something that he said would be finished a week ago. And lets not forget, him taking money out of my account without me knowing about, its was one transaction for $2140 then a second one the same day for $500 he did this without telling me. And he did it when he knew that the lathe wouldnt be finished. I think I have every right to be upset, I didnt set the bar as to when the lathe would be finished he did, and then later couldnt keep his promise.

Everyweek was a different story, different excuse, I'm tired of it. I asked to cancel the order and refund my money, he tells me he will check into it. So I called the bank to see what I can do. I explained everything showed the agreement that we have, they told me that since services were never rendered and the lathe not recieved and 2140, and 500 was taken from my account without my permission that is consider fraud, and that I will need to file police report and they will take over from there. I did what they asked.

I wanted the lathe, I want to build cues, pure and simple. I cant stand when people say they are going to do something then not do it. If you make a promise to do something then damnit keep that promise.

Now why would you start lies and deception. Your remaining balance was $2640, so i charged it in 2 transactions ($2140 & $500) I didn't over charge you and I didn't commit fraud, just stop with your lies and attempts to victimize your self. The only victim her is me.
You new the money was being charged to your account, you were informed with every detail along the way, so I had a busy day today, I called you at 5:05pm right. Your credit card was charged per our agreement. Don't start lies saying I didn't have permission.
You are desperate to find some one to sympathize with you, by twisting the truth to make it look like your the victim her. Let's not forget, you are going to buy a lathe with money you made using my lathe, that you can man up to. You are a sad case.
FYI : by disputing the claim less than 36hrs from canceling is probably only going to delay the refund process.
Don't worry I saved all your text messages. I know I did nothing wrong, I just fell victim to your scam.

I fully understand about stuff happens, but in my job I have to answer for delays and I have to explain why there was a delay. I must meet or exceed all time lines, never have I said it will be done one day then rescheduled the deadline 4 times.

this is very simple.

You are a jack wagon on a Epic level!

I MIGHT have believed a word you said if it wasn't for the fact you keep making user accounts and acting like a 5 year old.

Grow up you baby.

The guy lends you a machine so you can make money and doesn't charge you? You have to give the guy some time to receive the machine, inspect it, and he should also get a day or two to get your refund together.

If he is out of town at an event you got to cut the guy a break.

Running around making accounts so you can talk shit only shows how classless you are not to mention your life really must suck to squat on this site 24/7.

Wow, that thread... Forgotten that one and reading it again it seems like many had refused to sell him a leathe. Now I understand why Customcuelathes was warned...

K

Yes I was warned, unfortunately it was couple of days after I had shipped him a fully loaded toolbox, valued at $2000, and only had collected $1250 for deposit.
I couldn't cancel then, fearing randy would keep my toolbox and screw me for the $750 difference. I wish I would have seen the thread Ryan just posted the link too, it would have cleared stuff up. After I shipped the toolbox lll,( my biggest mistake) I was committed, and chose to ignore the warnings and give randy the benefit of the doubt, he did such a good job in painting this victim picture of him, that I felt sorry for and wanted to help, little did I know.
Ryan
I am truly sorry for doubting you, you were only trying to help, and I have told you before, that you side of the story was more believable. Now that all this have went down, in a weird way, I am relieved and happy that, I wont be contributing to Randy's dark twisted cause.
Ryan, you are an Ace in my book, I hope you can understand why I did what I did and why.
I am so glad the deal has fell through is is such a relief, after all Randy is so unworthy to own one of my lathes, I was having nightmare scenarios of what he would have done if he had one of my CBL ll.
Regards

Oh please your the biggest lying piece of shit yet. You made promises you couldnt keep, you spent the money before you had a finished product. As for Ryan hes upset that I took some of his business, and I will be taking some of his business at Great Plains, City, and the Midwest next year. Bassel you made a promise to me, took my money, then lead me to believe that you could do it. You sent a lathe that wasnt worth any where near what you claim, it was a $400 taig lathe. If your Cue Building lathe is anywhere near what that tool box lathe is, I'm also glad it feel through. On paper it sounds really good, but in reality you cant be trusted, no other way to say it but your a crook. Plain and simple.

Thank you for continuing to show your true colors. It's clear to me why venders refuse to sell you anything. You make crooks look like angles compared to you. Keep it coming Randy White, show the whole world what a piece of work you are and hopefully it will save some one the unpleasant tousle of any future dealing with you. It doesn't matter how many usernames you create here on AZ. Soon enough you will get someone that isn't as nice as I am will teach you a lesson, you call your self a system engineer, well I hope your boss never come across this thread and see how unethical and benedictive, and dark twisted unpleasant person you really are.
You are by far the worst and most ungrateful paranoid, delusional person I have ever had the unpleasure of dealing with.
God have mercy on your soul,

Yes, you sure taught me a lesson at Midwest. First day,I was doing repairs and you were watching how-to-do repairs on youtube.

Second day, you gave out "free shaft cleaning" cards, which weren't even on your cards! (didn't work)

Third and fourth day, you were giving free table time at Madsen's. (didn't work)

I still out did you 20:1. Lesson learned....

The tool box lll was received in Vegas, I am still in Michigan, I will fly down there
On Saturday night. The inspection should be complete on Monday, that's when it will be delivered to me.
At which I will issue the initial deposit less any missing or damaged parts or accessories.

I am glad that my poor lack of judgement ( by sending him my tool box lathe) did not cause much financial damage to a good person like yourself.

No worries. I'm a big boy. After seeing him in action, I'd rather have him there...

Wow, and i thought that wannabe shaft guy was nutty, lol, this guy takes the cake. He's the perfect candidate for a full metal jacket style sock party:thumbup: What a fargin douchehole. I feel for you Ryan, for having to be in this guys presence, now i fully understand why you refused him the model B. Bassel, are'nt deposits non-refundable? Hint-hint;)

Scott
With all the harassment and the false deformation of character he has displayed against me here on AZ and via Text. He truly does not deserve a refund for the initial deposit, but I will be the bigger man and just give him his money and make him go away forever hopefully. Nevertheless, I will be deducting whatever is missing from my toolbox and depreciation value if new signs of ware and Tare are present.
He kept the 12pc driver pin set plus an $18 tip ($198) I wish I could get them back, I really don't want him to own any of my products.
Also I could take legal action against him, with everything that he has done and said so far, we will see.
Regards
