On the one hand, I doubt this is the way Mark would have wanted CSI to handled this.
We killed many a brain cell drinking beers after hours at a few Vegas events and time at dinners, phone calls and what not. The folks currently at CSI should pause and ask themselves if they are modeling what Mark's spirit was all about.
OTOH, you have pretty much screwed the pooch with your Scorched Earth approach so now you will have to harvest those results.
No one wins. I suggest you give it a bit and hopefully you and CSI can come to a resolution. Undoubtably you will have to make the first move.

Pretty sure the current administration did away with any type of consumer rights divisions.CSI may be in violation of the CRFA. You can't punish a consumer for publishing a negative review.
