Dagnabit; The Crazy Erica vs Big Truck Thread Has Been Pulled

this should have gone to the room owner or on duty management. lot of free live streams on u tube and on ustream at that time and many had name players which could be watched for free. sales may have been a problem. even if a streamer has payed for the rights its up to room management whats allowed. some let poker go on, some let open betting, some let 16 year olds in,some must be 18 or 21,some no open gambling, some no poker, some multi streams, some no stream, some one stream only. ITS UP TO THE ROOM MANAGEMENT not a vendor. They are the only ones with the right to say.
Agreed...
Big Truck may not like her being there, but if the room allowed it, it's out of his hands. He can't police her for being there.

Erica says she's crazy....maybe. Whether she's nutz or not she stood her ground on principle. Hope she keeps streaming cause I'll be watching. I can't afford the ppv.

That's what we thought.

Typical of a cheap#%%, thinking everything should be free for them. You couldn't care less if BT has expenses, spent $ to get there, brought Efren, had an agreement with the owner, etc. As long as you get "your"(news for ya, it doesnt belong to you) view for free.

Have you ever asked "what's wrong with pool" well, look in the mirror.

A landlord can't evict a tenant, touch their property or cut power....you can't go moving people's stuff cause you want to...

What's the law about a landlord showing up to one of his properties and there is someone just living in it? Can they get rid of them then? That's a better fit to this story then a landlord and tenant. If the story went down like it was reported with Ray pulling on his cable and her computer fell then to bad for her.

One person was being paid to be in attendance, one was there because she wanted to be. In either case neither are tenants and that type of situation does not apply here. And technically a landlord can evict a tenant for whatever reason they feel like. Doesn't even need to be a legitimate reason. He doesn't like them, he can evict them. It's property and they signed a contract to be allowed to live there, they have no right to be there. And when it comes time for an eviction, the police show up with the landlord and all property is then removed the premise and placed in the gutter. It's then the ex-tenants responsibility to remove their property or face littering fines.

Not true if they got kids it will go in front of a judge seen this personal alot of times the judge won't throw them in the street. So guess what happens they end up living the another month to maybe 3 months rent free.
This has happen to my grandfather couple times he had quiet a few rental places and their alot of headache.

If their not suppose to be their then that's breaking and entring and trespassing call the cops and they'll go to jail.

Not applicable..

There are specific laws governing tenant landlord relations. Squatters sometimes can be treated differently sometimes not, depends on the state.

It's not even remotely applicable to this situation.

the same guy you are trashing is the same one with the open offer for a "Free Login" to anyone in need!

So, you can't afford his stream and to dumb or stubborn to utilize the "Free Login" for anyone in need. No questions asked is my understanding.

So what gives???

Jaden I agree 100% but just thought I add that cause I seen first hand how hard it can be to get a dead beat out of one of your houses.

Kid why all the name calling this is exactly why threads keep getting pulled, and on this note I'm done for the day. I'm going to go play some pool and get away so I don't get caught up in this name calling crap.
Just childish.

I have personally had involvement with Ray in a very similar situation to the one he had with Erica and can give my first hand experiences. From time to time I like to do some video taping of matches at events. Ray was the PPV streamer at a big event that I had hoped to do some video taping at.

Unlike Erica, who didn't give two sh!ts about the fact that Ray had the rights to videoing and streaming the event, or at the very least for the TV table, and who could care less about the expenses Ray incurs doing this and how her unauthorized broadcasting could have a direct affect on his business and perhaps even cause him to end up taking a loss for the event (which was her goal), I was considerate and my approach was a little different. And I hate to even use the word considerate because doing what is right isn't really even considerate, it is just doing what you are supposed to do.

What I did was go to Ray beforehand to get his feelings and see if we could work out some kind of arrangement. Ray was more than reasonable and we were able to very quickly come to an agreement. The details of what we worked out aren't important but suffice it to say that he was way more than reasonable.

But there were big differences between my situation and the one with Erica also. I wasn't bad mouthing Ray left and right. I wasn't literally trying to put him out of business and in fact it was obvious by my actions and the way I handled things and by what I was hoping for in the arrangement that I did not want to do anything that could harm his business or income. And I had the respect to go to him ahead of time to see what if anything we could figure out. My experience ended up being a positive one.

On the flip side, when someone steals from you (both by plugging into your equipment and by trying to give your product away for free), and who for no reason is literally trying to put you out of business by bad mouthing you everywhere they can, and by trying to undermine your streams by broadcasting the same thing for free since they were already there anyway even though they knew that was a sh!tty thing to do and was forbidden by the owner as well as the streamer, well I personally can more than understand his putting his foot down and not letting her get away with it. I don't know anybody that wouldn't have put their foot down. Maybe Ray is a little too serious or businesslike for some people's tastes (although I fail to see anything wrong with either) but in my experience (and there has been more than one, all similar) Ray has been easy to deal with, reasonable, and always had integrity.

Squatters only have legal rights when the property can be deemed as 'abandoned' via the courts. Basically if you own any rental properties and one is sitting vacant for any amount of time(court decided) and the landscaping is unkept. Then a squatter has legal rights. If the lease holder moves out and a roommate stays behind, since their not on the lease they are trespassing and are given 2 days to vacate the property. As they once had a legal right to be there, they have a right to get their shit out in a timely manner. If a tenate is moving out and has someone else move in after they leave, then the cops get called and all their property is thrown out into the street.

Not true if they got kids it will go in front of a judge seen this personal alot of times the judge won't throw them in the street. So guess what happens they end up living the another month to maybe 3 months rent free.

Maybe where you're from, but that's not the case here. If a landlord wants to go through eviction proceedings, they can. Now many times they must show just cause for the eviction proceedings. It all comes down to whether the judge believes keeping the people there is for the better or worse of the situation. Of all the evictions I've had to deal with for my job, only one ever actually required a cop to be present. All the other times people just up and left all their shit behind.

Squatters were never legal tenants of a building. So unless a building can be deemed abandoned, they are trespassing. But like you said, not applicable in this situation.

Jaden I agree 100% but just thought I add that cause I seen first hand how hard it can be to get a dead beat out of one of your houses.

It's only hard to remove a deadbeat from your property if you forget to cross your t's and dot your i's.
