Diamond Customer Relations

Setting up Brunswick's, AMF's, Olhausen's. or any other kind of tables you've ever set up in the past is child's play when compared to setting up the New Diamond 9ft Professionals with the new leveling system and a one piece slate:D But not saying you couldn't, just would want to make sure you could first, as to not waste anyone's time, or see someone get hurt:D

Glen

How much do they cost?

So where in the hell have you been hiding...lmao...you should have spoke up earlier....lmao...I'll be stopping to see you when I get back there, lets talk!:D There's a lot of Fox & Hounds that need some help too:D

Glen

I'm looking forward to it. Give me a call when you get down there.

Then you missed the part where the guy cancelled/delayed the first 2 delivery dates, but then after wants them delivered right now.

Yeah, LOL That must not have been on page 1. ;) After talking to Glenn, I understand both sides a little more. I'm gonna stay neutral though. LOL

I love it!!! People ( Jerryscues) get on here with a story that omits the facts that would make the entire thread pointless.. and then go back and edit the original post?..once again..omitting his original comments that omitted other facts!! LMAO.

RealKingCobra = Glen a) No secret identity
b) the whole story
c) table technician equivalent in pool-Efren Reyes

Jerryscues = Jerry???? a) works for brunswick??? Live at retirement center????
b) MO= manipulates by omitting facts ( x2 here )

You people that can't see through this and want to condemn Glen, your loss. Glen is the best. Diamond is the best. If your lucky enough to get both...It's worth the wait .

If people would take the time to turn the tables (no pun intended) and see things from others point of view, we would never find ourselves wasting so much precious time on these type threads.

Facts: non disputed

1) retirement center buys tables
2) Glen tries to deliver & retirement center refuses delivery ( haven't sold their old tables yet)
3) Glen tries again on next run to WA. Still haven't sold tables.
4) Tables sold .Don't want to wait for next run to WA. Post negative thread suggesting poor service and suggesting Diamond going out of business.

Patient 9ft ProAm Owner,

Ray

Ps. Glen,I have an awesome truck that would make life on the road much more enjoyable. Probably save you some $ too! You will need a CDL though.

Bigtruck I also love it when people get on here and make statements that are pointless, and serve no purpose!!!!LMFAO
If the thread was altered please post a copy of it, I have been watching this thread from the beginning and I have not seen it, however, I would like to see what I missed? !!!!

RealKingCobra = Glen a) No secret identity

First, let me say I have had the pleasure of meeting Glen and doing a little business with him and I think he is a stand-up guy. Second, I also know Jerry who is also a stand-up guy who doesn't run around blowing smoke up peoples ass!!!!!!!!

Bigtruck= Secret Identity -

a. Who Cares!!!!!!!;)

b. Who really knows nothing about this other than his opinion!!!!!

C. Truck Driver with Secret Identity!!!!!!!;)

Jerryscues = Jerry???? a) works for brunswick??? Live at retirement center????
b) MO= manipulates by omitting facts ( x2 here )

First of all, while Jerry is a senior citizen, he doesn't live in a retirement center, he in fact lives in a very nice home with his lovely wife, and there feisty little dog!!!!!!!;) Next he doesn't and hasn't claimed to work for Brunswick anywhere in this thread( Maybe Bigtruck should check into an old folks home, because he is obviously very confused)

Jerryscues = Jerry the cue maker;)

a. Builds wonderful custom cues, treasured by all who own one!!

b. Has never intentionally tryed to manipulate anyone or anything as long as I Have known him.

c. Most likely was not given the full story when asked to help!!!

Facts: non disputed

1) retirement center buys tables
2) Glen tries to deliver & retirement center refuses delivery ( haven't sold their old tables yet)
3) Glen tries again on next run to WA. Still haven't sold tables.

When this thread started Jerry only asked questions, he never stated that Diamond was going out of business, he only asked if it was. Jerry was only attempting help out some other senior's who were unclear, most likely due to the management of the seniors center to why their tables had not arrived as yet.

Bigtruck, like you many others who really had no business getting involved in this thread have, and they most likely should have stayed out of it like you. Glen I understand you point completely, I also understand that you are passionate about what you do, as I am. However to all involved this entire situation could have been defused in the very beginning by just answering questions without becoming angry. I understand, why it happened, however it has served no purpose that could not have been served by explaining the situation without becoming confrontational.

These are just my thoughts, no disrespect intended to anyone!!!!!!;)

Have a good night!!!

........ but after having tried to deliver not once but twice and then to be "called out" on the internet the frustration had to be too much to keep in. Understandable.... not desireable, but understandable.

It also appears that the original poster was not provided all the information (i.e. it seems he didn't know about the two attempts to deliver) when he posted.

The original poster hasn't responded to this thread in a while. I hope he didn't change him mind about getting Diamond tables, but it seems like many would not blame him if he did. It seems like Glen feels strongly about his work and sometimes doesn't get the respect he deserves. On the other hand though, the original posted didn't start off by talking bad about Diamonds and the people who set them up. It seems that this thread got a little out of hand. Glen, walk in Jerry's shoes- what if Diamond told you that they had to wait a couple of weeks to pay you, because they had other technicians to pay first. You would be a little upset I suppose. Jerry and the gang the the senior center probably don't understand the billiard industry as much as you and are just wondering what the hold up is. I think we all know that you do a great job and do your best to get the tables set-up on the delivery date, but you may have been a little harse on the people at the senior center. Hope all works out and everyone is happy in the end! :)

You'd have to call Brian at Diamond to get the price, as I never look at the price of the table that I'm delivering for someone, the only part that concerns me is where it's going, and what the delivery and setup charges are. I just know the best table in the world is the Diamond Professional 9ft, with the one piece slate, and the ProAM leveling system, and Dymondwood rails. There isn't a table built in the world that can compete with this table set up like that...none, and I don't care who claims to build the best....this table....IS the best. It just also happens to be the hardest table there is to set up as well.

I got a little up set because the poster first of all, didn't have anything to do with buying the tables in the first place....ok. And if he'd have known about my first two requests to deliver the tables in Oct, and Nov...I don't think he'd have started a post in the first place...so none of these conversations would have ever taken place following that first post. Then, I have to admit, I came off a little strong, before I realized that he had nothing to do with the tables in the first place, as he's just a friend of the guys that are actually buying the tables. So, for that, I apologize. And to continue to post to this thread is just beating a dead horse. I'm in the process of loading their tables shortly, and will be delivering them as fast as I can get there, and I trust that this will all be behind us shortly, and that they have many years of fun playing on the Diamond tables that they are about to recieve.

In response to your analogy, if you came over to my farm where I grew up, and was about to grab the electric fence wire around the pig pen, and I told you TWICE that if you grab that wire it's going to knock the living shit out of you, and yet you still proceed to reach out and grab a hold of it, don't blame me if I'm laughing my ass off, as you're laying in the water and pig shit, numb as hell from getting the shit knocked out of you...after all....I did warn you...didn't I?:D
