Does anyone know Jeremy Cantrell, aka. "Worm" from North Georgia?

The question that springs to my mind is, how the hell did you even decide it was a good idea to cover a guy whom you describe as a deadbeat, involved in drugs, who walks around with enough cash to cover himself anyway?

Sounds like you got off easy with a $115 writeoff...

Nice...Looks like the worm got you!
:rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao:

F'er!

There was a dude in my past who owed me $200 for a few months. I hounded a little and he told me, 'now you asked for it, you never gonna get it'. He was right.

I have a guy named Steve that owes me over 10 thousand and
he won't return my calls.
Do you think it will help me if I out him?

thoughts please

at that card game he usually gets on the books and then goes and gets the money out of his car to payoff with. In this particular instance, he just left.

lol, just like I said. He went on the books for the money and I covered it at the end of the game. Crackheads can't get into my neighborhood. We have the newest anti-crackhead security available.

What is that, you guys threw out all your TVs and Microwaves???

lol, something like that. It's an upscale community with surveillance and a police watch. It's basically all doctors and lawyers and then me, lol.

When I was having the card game at my house, Worm left his $500 Explorer parked on my street for 2 days with a flat tire and I thought the homeowners association was gonna kick me out of the neighborhood.

For another ten . . . .

For another ten thousand you can have him planted!

OK, I'm not serious although I have to admit that I have taken a gun to go collecting a time or two. I was once not as kind and gentle as I am now.

*BUMP* so Vette can get paid

If Vette had one of those ribbon stickers to support his cause, I'd put it on my car.

thanks Dave. I am gonna have a shirt made that says "Worm owes me 115" that I'll wear to all the tourneys I go to. I don't even care about the money anymore. It's all about embarrassing him now.

Worm....isn't that the guy from Rounders?

Actually, I am in favor of outing people on forums.....not only has it gotten people to make things right in the past, but it keeps others from making the same mistake....back in the day, the only way you found out bad debts was at the Waffle House at 4am.....you'd be short on money, and somebody at the table would help you out.....you'd explain that if "Alex" would have had your $50 tonight, you'd be able to pay for your own meal......within 60 seconds, you quickly found out that Alex owes everyone at the table $50 or more dollars, some he hadn't paid in years....everybody would spread the word and Alex was out of the stealing business.....

The internet is much quicker

(just remembered I owe a buddy $10 from last week, LOL)

It's different if someone honestly doesn't have the money right then. It's still bad and they shouldn't borrow or lose the money if they can't pay it back, but if someone actually has the money and just won't pay then it makes them the lowest scumbag there is in my opinion.

I'm gonna equate this to when a person's home gets forclosed on and their name appears in the "legals" section of the paper. Well, Worm will never own a home so this is the closest he'll come to having a forclosure notice.

Gets me to thinking -- Is this Worm friends with Dave 'Southpaw' Shadden?

they know each other, but I believe Worm has shafted him in the past also.

Also, I realize that you bump your thread or post about Southpaw everytime I post about someone owing me money, but just because he's a friend of mine and owes you $50 has nothing to do with me.

Was he a runner for this Worm?

Next time you two are hanging out, let him know that I would appreciate my money.
