After going through the scores I have noticed that I am stubborn LOL. There are times that I would risk not scoring any points in a rack (and sometimes didnt) just to keep from losing a point for having to move the cueball after the break.

Woody...I take my hat off and applaud you for completing this and being brutally honest, evidenced by some of the 1's and 3's. Good job.
I think you've hit on one of the keys, which I've also found and that's knowing when to gamble the entire rack from the break and knowing when to take the 1 point deduction for a better shot to be able to run the rack and max out. It's just like playing an intense 14.1 match...sometimes you just gotta suck it up and take a foul for a point deduction rather that chance allowing your opponent to blow you away from a mistake on your part.
Many times on the break in this game you'll have only one squeaker of a shot that you might not only miss, but if you do make it, the natural roll will just get you in a lot of trouble or totally out of position to make anything else. Being able to read that right from the start is the difference between getting 1 or 19.
A few of those racks here and there can make a real difference.
