I ordered a DVD from TAR on 5/16/10 and have still not received it. I have called Justin several times and left messages and have yet to hear from him about what is going on with it. I paid for it thru paypal and received an invoice that it was paid thru paypal so I know that there was no problem with the payment. I have ordered several DVD's in the past and have never had a problem. I guess I am listing this here to try to have it resolved thru AZ because Justin will not return any calls-Justin make it right

I too am in an extremely similar boat, so I figure I'd chime in as well.
I've bought several DVD's in the past (no problems) but the DVD's from the most recent order are still M.I.A. several _months_ later. I've spoken with Justin on the phone but am yet to get any email replies or see any items in the mail.
I truly hope they straighten this out for all concerned.

i've met these guys. they've always done me right. Knowing that the BCA events and all the streaming matches in vegas have just completed I'd give them another month or so. It's only those two guys running the show so it'll take a while but you'll get your dvd's.

TAR guys are great. I have no doubt you will get what you have ordered. That said:
Poor business is poor business. They need to always have open their communication channels and respond to issues immediately, even if it is to say that they can do nothing about it for a month. Hopefully JCIN or Nasty will chime in soon and update us all that the issues are resolved.

The big fella will get it done no doubt. It's probably better to send an email to justin@theactionreport.com than make 400 threads. All that's going to happen is he's gonna ship it and you'll be happy with what you get.

I'm convinced on the contrary after I got no reply to a dozen of emails and PMs. I understand everything and Chad and Justin has always been fair and good - except for this little "no reply" thing I mentioned. It's a weird feeling of "entering the void" as is you are ignored. So it may be better to call a thread to help.
they were a little slow to get me mine too. they did get to me though. the way i understand it JCIN isn't in charge of shipping. he'll point you in the right direction though
