While JAM voices her opinions loud and clear they don't have to appease everyone.

Is she patriotic? I hope so. Most Americans are patriotic. We all have our own personal perspectives about different issues of our individual countries.

You might resent her unwillingness to compromise on some of her positions but most of them aren't out of line with mainstream conservative America.

Does "the one" know how to stick a needle in her to get a reaction at every turn? Yes, and he does it with surprising regularity but he gets the brunt of her responses.

And for the record, JAM pleased far more people than she offended when defending the great Earl Strickland. I think the discussions about Earl Strickland have inspired some additional threads which I will be sharing in the near future if anyone is interested but they won't be titled Earl Strickland. You and everyone else in the know will understand whats behind my posts.

I see no need for you to get in between "their discussions". They both do well enough without you fanning the flames.

It's obvious what the two of them are doing, JoeyA, but ya' know what, I sure do appreciate you standing in my corner.

There's just something very special about folks from Dixie, and you are truly one of its finest representative.

And I don't like your labeling me a racist. I can think of a few names I'd like to call you right now, but it has nothing to do with you being a Brit. It has more to do with your continued attempts to change my thoughts to make it appear as if I am prejudice. You keep doing it over and over and over again.

As far as Earl Strickland goes, for every bashing you think I received on this forum, it must be a strong divide because I have received PMs to me that are quite the opposite.

Actually I got a spot in the 14.1 event because I finished 9th last year and the top 16 get invited back, just like the 9 ball WPC.

JAM, we don't see eye to eye on everything. It would be rather boring but I don't like to see piling on, especially when it appears to be tainted with anti-American sentiments. (Unless we're talking about piling on to those blood-suckers of Earl Strickland-then its OK; LOL - just kidding...).

Let each person handle their own agenda.

And for the record, I like all the posters of the world posting on AZ Billiards. It gives us a better view of how the world see us and then it is up to us to determine if their views warrant change for ourselves.

There are plenty of things we can do to improve and the international critics should be diplomatic enough to do let us know without inspiring angst.

I love to hear the suggestions as to how we can make pool more popular and lucrative for ALL players here in the United States of America. God knows we could use some good input there.

JAM, you seem very selective about what you respond to. I can only assume that you don't feel you have a good answer for some of the comments/questions. And when you aren't being defensive and claiming someone is twisting your words (without citing any examples, impressive)... you pull out the big red font. Isn't that like a person who believes they are winning an argument because they are yelling?

You shouldn't assume, JAM. I've been on AZ for years as a lurker and nearly 2.5 years as a registered account. I read a lot.

Where are the examples of him twisting your words? Believe me, I've looked, in other threads even.

I have plenty of good answers to some of TheOne's comment, questions, and twisted words that he has written about me, Shinobi. I just can't print them on this moderated forum.

And if you could print them, how exactly would that strengthen your position? Insults, profanities, etc are just another variation of the big red font. No substance.
