Earl with the New Break Stance @ Accu-Stats 10-ball

Earl, Earl, Earl... he'll try anything to avoid the voices in his head telling him needs something else... headphones, helmet, weights, cue extensions, shooting glasses...

Times sure have changed... he used to break and run 9-0 with a Meucci, top gear, just unconscious dead stroke.

I think he'll always draw a crowd, partly for the antics, but also because he just might catch that gear, and play runout pool.

Could you imagine a live stream of Earl with alternate audio channels?.. one is normal audio and commentary, channel two is Earl isolated... the Youtube Earl channel.

As soon as I get my weights on, I'll be properly attired.

while it is always entertaining to make funny of people(im the worst) most of you would never do it in person i do it constantly-i never make fun of earl. one of the greatest players of all time and hes losing his mind..i dont care if its because of drugs or lack of drugs dimentia whatever it is most (not all) of you suck(keep poking fun at him but know why}

M G
I would like to personally call you out because you write from the motherland(you mentioned sensible laws in your country) i dont even need hitler references for you because you would be proud. you probably like animal porn and have a safe word between you and a sibling. if there is anyone here who has ever seen this moron say anything productive or actually funny please show it to me

Earl wanted to wear a football helmet at DCC a few years ago. It was not allowed.

If he showed up wearing only a Depends Diaper, and a football helmet, I would still watch..... Picture that Sumo Wrestling break squat. HiiighJaaa!

I can see him yelling : I'm just gonna "shit -n- shoot your liver out"

And the headphones, cue extension, and shooter's glasses...

That is a terrible crouch stand. Actually takes away from a regular stance.
But he is shooting good against D Appleton.

Well, there you have it. Jay was right. Earl can "control" himself. If he's winning like is match against Appleton (13-1), then he talks, but doesn't actually get nasty, crazy, or talk too foolishly...

When was the last time we had a 975 in a race to 13......?

My guess is years.....at least on tape.

A few great comments from Earl (to the best of my memory) to the audience after his 13-1 victory over Darren:

On his decision (when the score was 4-1) to fire away at the one ball after Daz pushed to a long 40 degree cut...
"Everyone else would have played safe on that 1 ball, but I just walked up and fired it in... LIKE A MAN!!... LIKE A MAN!!... You leave me that shot all day and you're gonna go broke."

On how he prepared for tonight's match:
"I jogged 5 miles, did 600 sit ups, thought about the match, and came out here ready to play."

That first quote is classic Earl!

It is bitter sweet

He may have been the worlds best 9 Ball player. When he is shooting well and winning and in a good mood he is a joy to watch and I know of no other player that seems to take so much pleasure in taking a stick and knocking a ball into a pocket.

The rest of the time he is not much fun to watch and I wish he could get a handle on his poor behavior. At times he appears mean spirited towards other players. But, he seems to choose he displays the mean behavior to. I have seen him do the mean behavior to Soquet and Van Deberg to name a couple, because they take it.

What ever problems he has I hope he gets help and does not come to a bad end.
Life is short and his life is more valuable then a pool game.
