Eason Cue

I was alswo not going to say anything i have just been advising people to stay away, I also fell into a hole when i got a eason ebony break cue with a white butterfly,
It is by far the worst cue that i have ever seen, I have a Wal-Mart winchester cue that plays better
My cue will not screw together
The shaft is lumpy
the Finish is Crap
the ring at the bottom is cracked and scratched and signed with a sharpie
And all i have gotten from Jeff Eason is a bunch of BS
Telliong me that i will get my money back dont worry
I am busy
BLAH BLAH BLAH
Now that someone has posted something I figured i would put my input
If you are thinking of getting a eason cue I have one that would work great as a Recurve bow
all you would need is a string
That is my opinion on the Cue Maker
SO you can give me bad reps if you want
BUt i could care less I am trying to help others out with my Loss of money

You know what happened Jeff? I have had the cue for the past two months, it has been sitting in my closet in a case which I hated puting that cue in one of my cases to start with. I am trying to translate your post here but am having a hard time.. Seriously. I believe he is sending the cue out today. Please prove me wrong and do the right thing. Dont throw it back on the NEW lathe and make it right, refund him his money and the other guys that are not satisfied.

Oh and yes you came to an agreement BUT it was the most HORRIBLE customer service I have ever encountered and I have had some bad experiences. Lucky you, got my first bad experience on AZ. Granted it wasnt me or my money but a good friend of mine that I told about the so called "Good Deal". I guess if it looks to good to be true it is right? What kind of cue builder tells their customer that he does not believe them and that you need to send the cue back before he will even consider a refund? Ill tell you what kind, one that has no morals..

Oh and I do believe its only been a 1 Week since you two came to an agreement. Since when are you worried about time anyways?

Yes. Jeff contacted Leon first and said that he would fix or replace with a new cue. Then Jeff contacted me a few days later to tell me. Leon is going to Georgia on business and will drop it off with Jeff. We'll see. Bob

Bob there you go again ,Not telling the truth.You called me and left a messg. I called you back the same day,after I found out that the incert came out of the handle ,which is under my warrt.That is why im repairing it are replacing it . Jeff

You say you have had the cue for 2 mo. setting in your closet but 1 of you post say (I now have my friends cue in my posession and am working on Video and Detailed photos of the cue. I was advised this is the only way he is going to even consider a refund.... I think that is bogus but I dont want to see my friend get burned. If you believed in the cues you built you would have no problem taking the cue back because you know you could resell it. I feel that you fear you would not be able to resell the cue. Which means you shouldnt be selling cues until they are worthy PERIOD.)
So which 1 is it and you say I dont have the right to ask to see it. Jeff

Wow. You really look at the IMPORTANT details huh? We live in the same town. He took the cue back for a week because he wanted to go and hit some balls with it just to clarify the quality and surprise he was very dissatisfied just as we were in the beginning. He had the cue for about 1 week until we decided we were going to take action and start pressing you because you obviously would have just dodged us if he would not have kept writing you emails, nagging you like a child that wont do their choirs. Regardless of who had the cue and when, IT DOESNT MATTER. The fact is your communcation skills suck and so did this cue. Buck up and be a respectable person. Treat people how you yourself would want to be treated. And if your friends treat you how you treat your customers, you need to get some new friends...

All of our cues look like $h!t and have warping issues
We have all been resonable with you for the first little while.
Then we all receive a bunch of BS

I am sorry to bash you like this but it has been almost three months with little to no repsonses on the refund you said you would give me
and the few times in the beginning that you got back to me you fed me lines of crap on how you will give me back the money '

In this picture please notice the Taper on the shaft. It looks like the ocean it is so wavy.
