Another 1 that doesnt say everything,You new about the finish and you said 1 thing in 1 PM and then said another in another PM .First PM ( not trying to be picky or a @@@ about this
but i can only get the cue to screw together 3 or 4 times out if tne, and i can feel every ting, in the cue
and like you said the finish is pretty bad) Here's part of your next PM ( I test hit the cue last night without chalk and it does hit decent ) Now if it wouldnt screw together then how did you test hit it.

I've always ask that people tell me what they think and what I need to work on but I dont hear from any1 till now.I dont mine hearing good are bad things that is how I learn but please tell the hole story.Every1 is going to believe what they want to (drame seem to live very strong on this site and if yall are happy then use me all you want so then your not using another person.) I know my cues aren't the best in the world are even close but they were priced right and every1 who got 1 was told and new they were not perfit and I was learning.I think with help this thread can be the bigest there has every been on here.Good work.

I saw no were in there that you disclosed the cue was not up to par. If you are selling something that is not up to your standards you need to disclose that in your sale... If you bought some milk from the grocery store, got it home and it was bad, the grocery store would refund you your money. I dont feel that I am taking cheap shots or anything. You have a new excuse for everything. I think Keegan would like it if you responded to his email as well.

OH MY GOSH!!!! THOSE PICTURES ARE SICKENING...

I can totally understand making mistakes and figuring it out as you go along. But from what I can see, these cues are NO WHERE near a level that should be SOLD to anyone. I don't have a horse in this race, but there appears to be some SERIOUS misrepresentation.

did i mention anything about the cue? i was trying to give you breathing space 'cause i know you're a new cuemaker.. i didn't see how ripping you apart would help you in your business.. but seriously,like i've said, u know very well how your cues are..

I agree jeff you told me about the finish i knew about that but is still crap, The fact i knew about it doens change that
And yes it does screw together 2 or 3 times out of ten , it feels like it is cross threading at first,
It feels just like all the other nice cues i have, my joss, schon, hearn, diviney ( SOrry if yoou didnt get that but i am be a smart ass )
Those cues dont have any problems screwing together,
It hits solid for a break cue, I never said it hit like crap did I
the shaft out. dia. is bigger than the butts,
the cue has warped sitting in a controled enviroment in my house since you have last pm'ed me
Dont even try to turn this on to me or anyone else,

YOU said you would refund my money , but since you had a spot on your lung you could not do that at the moment, so like a nice human being i have waited, and waited and waited,
and now i have realized that i have been screwed,
I have been the nicest guy about all of this and i have had enough
I have ran my own business for 5 years now and i have never treated someone with so much disrespect,
I dont promise things that cant be done i cant get done, It is called customer service, all other cue builders have that maybe you should try some PR skills or customer service trainging.

Now spend the next 5 to 10 minutes analyzing this thread,
then get back to me with everything that i said that is wrong, and even quote my past pm's from 3 months ago i dont care
this does not chage what you have promised with the refund and that the cue is should be turned into a set of num chucks.
 
Okay, I'm a little interested. I was getting ready to place an order for a cue but this thread has me pretty worried. I guess maybe I should hold off until he has a little more experience building.

Sorry Jeff, money's a little tight these days so I just can't risk it.

HOLY HELL!!

take a few months off from the AZ forum and all hell breaks loose.

I'll add a quick one...I bought a cue from Eason...he told me that he made it for his wife and that she went back to her joss...now I know why.

within a week of playing with it, and not breaking with it, the ferrule came off... I didn't feel like wasting my time with the BS of this stuff, so I fixed it myself..and low and behold the next night the tip started to come off. Luckily, I noticed it while I was watching a match and did not find out the hard way.

The wrap feels like my 4 year old did it in the dark...
the joint is not a smooth transition between the butt and shaft; it is raised a little bit for about .5" on either side of the joint.

Anyway, although I'm not at all pleased with the cue. I'm not going to waste my time trying to get my money back. I'll just use it as my experimental cue.. Lesson learned.

Hi @ all,

i bought a sneaky pete from Jeff here.

The first thing i noticed when recieving the cue was, that it was a completely different to the one he potsed on this forum and i paid for.

After telling him this, he deleted the pics on his for sale thread.


Things that were really bad on the cue he sent me:
- Finish was crappy
- Joint was not sealed and went down in the diameter (sorry for my bad english)
- Finish on the shaft was the worsted i ever saw
- Tip was damaged

Never saw a cue that was as bad as this one.


After telling Jeff these circumstances, he offered me to build me a new cue for free. I told him to build me a second shaft and everything would be ok for me. He told me, that would be ok for him, too.

So what? The second shaft never arrived. No answer from Jeff for over 2 month. I have all the pms i sent to him and what he wrote back.

I sold the cue with very much loos, but thanks god, it's gone!!!

I bought several cues here on AZ and some from new upcoming cuemakers to give them a chance. But i will definitly never buy a cue from Jeff again!!!
