Ebay Cue? Trust worthy

It could be almost anything?

If it was a true Tascarella, it would be signed and the seller would have posted picture of the "name" between the points. IMO

It looks to be a pretty decent cue...don't know about a Tascarella, though. I think you will probably be outbid on it at your high bid of $308, so I don't think you have to worry about it too much, but you can retract your bid if you have concerns.

Warning

I dealt with this guy through Ebay. In my transaction, the guy was not 100% accurate in his description of the older Schon I purchased. I did survive the transaction and was able to flip the cue out for what I had in it locally. But, I was disappointed in the cue's condition when it arrived (i.e. poorly executed leather wrap, replacement shafts that did not line up flush with the joint). I would proceed with caution. You may not get what you paid for.

Hi Manwon,

Good eyes!! It does look like one of my blank (SRG)...the cue look solid and clean. I don't know who converted this full splice blank but I know that all the ones that were done for me have all been really solid...what you would expect from a full splice cue. $355.00 is still on the cheap side no matter no converted it.

Regards,
Duc.

I contacted this guy and he stated it had two shafts but he wants to keep one of them. He also stated he paid $775 for the cue. He paid $775 for a cue that he has no idea about the cuemaker or the history of the cue. Since Tascarella has been signing his cues since 1980. You can be pretty sure it's not one of his.

"accidently put $308.00 in the bid section and was thinking about it till my friend press entered"

Not sure who's more fishy, the above bidder, or the seller....

Exactly!

You are suppose to settle these concerns before you bid!

and not use sorry-ass excuses like this one that's been lamely used more times than McDonalds has served big macs... although I suppose it's very likely... LMAO!

well i typed it in ready to click Bid.... but friend done pressed enter" on me so what could i have done. well, atleast im out of it.

Don't feel like the lone ranger there Viet because I can understand a mistake in bidding on Ebay cues. I was bidding on a cue that I really wanted and two other bidders were running the bid up along with me and I accidentally hit $14,222 trying to bid $1422.22 and I was shitting bullets till Ebay let me cancel my bid, but I was not allowed to try and win the auction after the retraction took so much time.--Leonard

He says the real ivory joint glows under a blacklight...I've never tried it myself...is this true or not...I know that elforyn does...
