Ebony on Ebony 3 Pointer

This was the only cue I had (almost) ready at the Expo. Still a couple spots to touch up in the finish and a little work on the shafts. The Buyer of the cue doesn't post photos, so he said to post them up. I posted them in another thread before I left, but they were kind of buried.

Everything white is Ivory. Everything Black is Ebony. There are no fillers or colored epoxies in the cue.

Just for some perspective, the purple inserts in the points are .047" tall. The overall length of the pieces in the points are .4216". The small dots are .015".

It took me 2 days to do the inlays in the Butt. The pieces are small and fragile. I probably made 30 pieces just to get 6.

Anyway, here are the pics ...

nicely done, Tony. Simply stunning...really a headturner. Is that a paper veneer? like the color combination.

I thought the same thing Ross. I was about to start doing the inlays and called Jamie and told him I don't like it. Once I did a test piece, I thought it was going to come out ok.

Here's the photo Jamie sent me and asked me to see if I could do something similar.

I should have your other cue wrapped this afternoon or evening and I'll get some photos up.

Thanks for letting my daughter climb all over you and kick you in the nuts a few times.

Email me what you have Jimmy. I only have 5 spots left for my next years worth of orders. I won't take any more until March 1st of next year once those fill up.

You did a knock-out job on this one and Lipsky's, too, Tony!
Really enjoying my cue. It plays & hits great, and everyone that sees it is very impressed.
Got real nice comments on the looks, the workmanship, and the hit from my buddy Dave Matlock, by the way...

Well done!!! This cue is ridiculous. I love the colors you use for points, they always seem to pop. Great design too.
Thanks for sharing,
