It amazes me how when the stream is not PPV that everyone at work and home can get it. If it's PPV most are looking for updates because they can't get it at work or some other reason. Why not just say it's not in the budget? Johnnyt
ha ha - that is an astute observation.
come Monday, those that will be at work will be dying for updates (even though the score is posted) because at work it's hard to stream.
I got lucky and am off on vacation this whole week, in Cape Cod - so I'll be watching every morning with coffee and ocean waves in the back ground. Life can't get any better.
Sounds like the good life to me. Johnnyt

I pay for streams some times. Can't say I sit and watch the stream hours on end. Many have matches I dont care to watch. Seems matches viewers want to watch are always on a table not being streamed. Now if things were set up like Qatar I would be willing to buy more streams.
I rarely buy PPV streams. If I could download them and watch at my convenience then I would be more apt to purchase them. I cant sit and watch a PPV for a couple hours at a time. When I watch matches on youtube I see them in 1/2 hour increments most of the time or I will have a match running at work and watch 1 game at a time. I would be more than happy to purchase PPV if I could watch in the same format.
And you same people wonder why there is no pro tour capable of giving professional players a decent living.
I know right.
It's amazing how there WAS a [successful] pro tour long before the days of streaming.
How ever did they do it?
Maybe knowing how inept some sites are at providing secure monetary transactions, some people don't want to just throw their credit card information OUT THERE.
I use my credit card online when necessary, but it usually is to established companies that have millions of customers and the ability to somewhat protect my info. I'm not so sure some of the "mom and pop" PPV internet streamers can do the same.
Aloha.

Bingo. Never will use my card online. And paypal? Forget it. Paypal does NOT offer the protection banks do.
The collective IQ of this industry does not allow them to recognize opportunity.
I remember when Mr Nascar went to sponsors and said if you put up money I'll hold some races.
Then there was Mr Golf who went to sponsors and said if you put up money I'll hold some tournaments.
LMAO
