Fort Worth Star-Telegram - the most expensive pool table in the world

Impressive table, but don't think it would beat some of the old early 1900s tables for value. I would take an old 6 legged Kling, that was restored properly, over this 40,000 dollar table any day.

i love the looks of the table and i seldom like modern anything

that table is pretty

I don't really like it... I just saw it on the S-T web site and wondered what others think about it

Hmmmm, I'm wondering if the RealKingCobra would work on that table if I bought one?

Maniac (just wouldn't let him take anything with him ;))

That table looks aiight but I have my doubts as to it’s true value...but we learned Efren’s middle name from the article so that’s coo. Manalang

Looks very... Italian

I’ll take my 130 year old Brunswick tyvm.

Keep your pool tables American and your exotic cars Italian for that money lol.

Dont let him take your rails or u in big trouble, All diamondizing in house.

I believe there are a few pool tables worth more than 40 large and are some snooker tables that are seven figures.

Still an interesting table, thanks for the link.

A similar model from the same company is available for $55k, so the article is wrong. But the gold model probably costs more.

From the manufacturer's website: "Polyurethane bumpers"

Also, it's hard to tell, but it looks like the "diamonds" are actually raised metal cylinders. If so, the designer is likely to get the "Idiot of the Year" award in spite of the stiff competition.

It appears that the tables are built after the order. Perhaps a working prototype was done.
