I hired a team of guys to paint my water tower at my work. I told them to be careful and they gave me the "yeah, yeah, yeah". I caught one of them dancing a jig WITHOUT being tied off on the top.

I sent his happy a$$ home and told them he was never to be on site ever again.

Scared the "POOP" right out of me and I was on the ground watching.....

I think he was a millright or maybe an iron worker......freakin guys.
