Thanks for pointing out how blind we are without enlightening us. All I see is some meat piled on something that looks like mashed turnup with tomatoes and green stuff on top.

Actually, what I see kinda could be like a loch-ness-type thing on a rock. See the flipper? See the mouth? The green body behind it? The meatloaf looks like rocks?

For all I know it is what easy-e saw, but what I saw was a little creature.
