In case you missed it in NPR, I just became a father today (see avatar). Her name is Emrys (pronounced Em-riss) Jean Charlton, and she IS a future 100 ball runner!

Good start naming your baby girl like a model. Do you have any idea how much ass you may have to whip come 2025 or sooner? I suggest you stay in the gym! You have realized my worst fear in life, a little girl. You should train her in markmanship, guys will be scared of this...for a very limited amount of time but you need every edge you can get.
