Ginky's Shark case is missing.

At the "Ginky" memorial tournament, I was talking to Ginky's sister and she told me that the Shark case I made for him is missing and no one seems to know where it is.

I guess all I am saying is that if anyone knows where it is or has it, it is basically not with it's rightful owners and could be considered stolen. There are also a few valuable cues in it.

So, if anyone knows anything about it, please contact me or Tony Robles, etc.

Thanks,
Jim

If it was indeed stolen...what a low-life piece of $hit it had to be who took it. Johnnyt

I swear to god I saw that case on that stupid show my wife watches about a pawn shop. It was in the back room when they were interviewing one of the guys that works there (he looks like a pedofile and talks with an accent)

I believe this is the cue case he's talking about.

Really and truly, from an artistic point of view, that is an exceptional case. I hope it is recovered and returned to its rightful owners.

Every few months I have reoccurring dream revolving around my Gina getting stolen (the last one just last night) and I always wake up in a cold sweat, they are so real and so traumatic.

well I know of 2 shows on pawn shops on TV, can you narrow it down, like Vegas or Detroit, may help in finding the case quick. Did you see this recently? All your help could get this case back to it owner.

12 OZ, can you ask you wife which Pawn show it is?
Project Free TV carries Pawn Stars (which I don't think it was on), Pawn Queens and maybe the other one. Maybe she could review the episodes and nail down which show it was on. That would be a huge help.

Case

Let's solve this riddle people. If this case was stolen there need to be some measure of justice taken:angry:

Not a day goes by that the level of inhumanity in this country just continues to amaze me.

Has it been ruled out that Ginky didn't sell the case? Ginky offered to sell me another cue early this year. Had I bought it, it would be a handshake deal. I don't want someone innocent to be accused or pursued by mob justice.

Once it has been ascertained it has not been sold, shouldn't the next step be to file a police report? This would make it easier for law enforcement in other states to cooperate.

Not sure

There is nothing sure, and I don't think that the family members have gone as far as saying it is stolen. But as far as anyone knows, he has not given it away or sold it. In fact, once someone offered to buy it from him and he told me about it as a courtesy, but he didn't sell it at that time. I don't think he knew that he was going to die, so I doubt that he gave it away. It has been missing since his death, so I assume that it is someone that he knew, since he didn't tell me or anyone else that it was missing.

Thanks

Looked back through tivo to see if I could find the episode, but it had deleted. It was within the past couple of weeks. The name of the show is Hardcore Pawn.

Showed the picture to my wife and she says that was not the case. Her memory is metter than mine. She said it was a single shark, and the leather was a more reddish brown. This is entirely possible as I am colorblind.
