Gus Szamboti ~ 'in the raw'

I've always heard that Gus was a machinist/tool and diemaker before making cues.

If this is the case,where did he work? Tommy D.

RCA is what is documented.

I think Paul Drexler did too. Not sure about that but I thought he did too.

If I'm crazy enough (rich too) I'd buy the whole set and create a very beautiful display case for these items along with a hand written proof from Barry. This is just a remarkable example of cue making history...

i believe he has them for sale in the for sale section now...

the only other thing then preserving them, if i was to buy one, i think i would take it straight to Barry and beg him to build a cue out of it..
