I am surprised Michaela didn't grab that assho by the collar and toss him in a dumpster! That had to have been intentional. Glad I wasn't sitting next to the offender!

I believe so. I was in the somewhat soundproof booth taking photos. Snapped a great one of Judd and Michaela's reactions.

I notice that the audience laughed at the commentator's comment about a similar problem when playing "Big Bill W." I assume that some of them are wearing headsets and listening in on the commentary.
 
I Beleive the "Inadvertent Excessive Flatulence" rule is in play:

Appendix C, Rule 14.3.2.15.6 Subsection 3 Part 7 Paragraph 3

A player whose concentration is broken by inadvertent excessive flatulence may resort to violence if he/she deems appropriate.
