You may be right!
I know that John's 224 was not documented.
The 169 was video taped though, and that may be the highest documented run on a diamond.

SoonerFan said:With all the straight pool being played and talked about lately, I was wondering what the highest run is on a Diamond Pro 9 foot.
I know the Diamonds are harder to make high runs on than the Gold Crowns, so just how much harder is it?

WOW, that's awesome! Imagine what Willie could have done with a cue like that. Technology breeds progress, I guess. It's strange how the equipment in golf has become so much better, but the scores don't really reflect it. To compensate for the 300+ drives, they just make the courses longer. Maybe we will someday switch to 5X10' tables with 3" pockets? If that happens soon enough, there's no stopping Earl Strickland. :grin:RBC said:I have to brag a little. The 224 and most of the other runs over 150 were in just the last couple of weeks since John switched to our new 408 series cue. John has been playing with a prototype cue we built for him last year, but has just switched to the production version. He absolutely loves it, and is looking forward to the US Open in a few weeks.
