How do these diamond tables play so badly? vid

Go to the old Mans Caves area south of Logan , you won't regret it . Blendon Woods is nice also but not a lot of variety. I am from Columbus.
I figured you were close by. I've been down there (not too recently though) but haven't had a chance to shoot there yet but I definitely will. I've been shooting Blackhand Gorge this past year for a project I'm working on, so most of my outdoor time as been there lately. I haven't played much pool this past year and I haven't played in Columbus in a while. I used to play the one pocket tournament at Players and sometimes the Thursday 9B.

Originally pool was played on the ground. Just used green to match the color of grass.

Today some colors are easier on our eyes, some aren't as easy on eyes but seem to help see most balls a little more clearly. Then there are colors only wives and interior designers can explain.

Some shade of green or blue should please most any player. A new place put in a bunch of crazy cloths. Most were ripped off within two or three months.

At one trade show there was a printed cloth with camo and a bald eagle. After a while you just ignore the pattern. As I recall, John Schmidt ran 180+ on it.
Schmidt seems like the kind of guy who might actually put that kind of cloth on his pool table if he weren't a professional player, if you catch my drift...

Not really.
Superspeed had bad batches.
Diamond copied GC3 profile.
What part of the GC3 did Diamond copy? The sub rail dimensions required to mount ANY K55 profile correctly are the SAME on ALL rails, no mater who manufactured them, so again, what part of the GC3 did Diamond copy?

And who used K55 on commercial tables first?
And who used Superspeed first?
Why use it if you're not trying to replicate the GC3?

You are aware that there is multiple manufacturers of K55 cushions, right? Connelly was using K55 cushions before Diamond was even building pool tables, did they copy Brunswick too?

That's kind of like saying that Diamond copied Brunswick because they made tables designed for 2 1/4" round pool balls.

None, Superspeed is just one brand of K55 profile cushions. Connelly used Northern made K55 cushions, they were BLACK not orange like Superspeed cushions.
So Diamond picked Superspeed first because????

Players loved Gamdy tables too, how did that happen if pool was a BRUNSWICK table game??
Huh?
That same Gandy where balls moved if accidentally bump on the table.
Balls don't move on my old GC2 when I accidentally bump it.
Gandy had Superspeed?

So they put Superspeed cushions in them and not to replicate GC's rebound?
That which people loved.
They probably chose K55 because it was common and readily available, they probably got a pretty nice price on it plus they were probably happy to use a brand name product that people could associate with since they were a new company at the time. You know, common sense stuff, not copying. If they wanted to copy Brunswick why stop at the cushions which nobody can even see while hidden under cloth? Why not use Formica rails, metal pocket castings, multiple piece long rails, etc??? If their goal was to copy Brunswick they didnt do a very good job.
