How much should lessons from a top pro cost?

All you have to do with Mike is catch him out some where. Everytime, I've been around him, he hasn't had any problems telling everybody that would listen how great he is or how extensive his knowledge is.

Scott Lee did a (2) Day Clinic earlier this week in Phoenix for I believe about $400.00/person.

My lessons are all private one on one just you and me and all giving at my house, of course i live in FLORIDA and you would have to come here. My fee is 50.00 per hour.

someone who used to frequent AzB would tell you that other than the $5500 it'll cost you your stroke, ability to see patterns, see straight, every bank system you ever knew, your ability to string 4 balls, reputation, AzB life, your dignity and self respect. you will come out knowing no more than what you did to begin with and still be in love with your plastic cue.
 
I've taken some from pros over the years. Some I wouldn't pay $20 an hour to again and some I'd pay $100. Buddy Hall comes to mind for the $100. Johnnyt
 
I Agree Tony Robles is a fantastic teacher, and a great guy! and i dont just say that because i am friends with him.!

I Took like 4 lessons with him years ago, and he did wonders to my game!

I Think i need to see him again, for a refresher course! just to get my fundamentals back in order!

That is a fine offer from one of the 'coolest cats' in the biz.

If I weren't 15+ hours away...father of a 3yr old...workin stiff with a 90 min commute each way...sure I can come up with more...:rolleyes:

IMO, $50 for Ray would be well spent$.
 
I got lessons from a top pro and he turned me away after I opened my case and got my stick out. He laid down the guidelines and I decided to follow them. We reconvened the next day with the new pool stick he had me buy. It cost me an additional $149.00 to purchase the stick.

He instructed for six hours and it cost me an additional $28 for the quarters on the table. It was a big disappointment and I will never take lessons from Travis Trotter again !!! :p :D

What do I do with this Cuetec cue?

Yes, Tony Robles is a great insturctor. He has done wonders for my game. And because im in the Amsterdam league, he is only $50/hour!

Danny Basavich has also done wonders for my game. He has so much knowledge and is also great to hang out with. His lessons are a bit more, $200 for 3 hours but worth every penny if you ask me.

If you are in the NY area, I would recomend both of them. They are two of the nicest people Ive ever met as well.

Ray Martin is located in Largo, Florida. Lessons from Ray at any price - is... just priceless.

I am located in Orlando - charging $500 an hour just like Mike Sigel - Mike lives just down the road, and I guess he shoots well enough to teach you something for that price.
