i guess i need to say a few words to clear things up a bit...

i guess i should have said from the beginning of this thread more in terms of explanation than i did about what i apologized for, but that is just 'me', one choice a person may make that another person may not
and also because i did not want to involve another person who in my opinion said a very improper thing to me, just not something anybody should say to another. and to my knowledge this person is a good guy, but we did get into it
in the long and short of it, we both were foolish and the thread got shut down... so,
that is why i offered my apology and it was mostly to him, but also to all of you, why?
i really like this place [that could also read = i like you, the people here], so i felt that to anyone who may have been in on the thread, and there were some really "very funny guys there" [i won't name names {yet}] i should be a man, and say 'sorry'...
but just for words, never was it for a threat; [actually, not even words but a few letters]
sure i threaten my kids; "if you don't do this, you will be in trouble" kind of thing, i threaten my wife all the time "stop buying so much make-up or we will be living under a bridge!!!!" , then, i just sleep on the sofa rather than getting thrown out of bed [just kidding, but she is a tough Russian; Beautiful but Tough]
but in the end, the other party asked me to be "friends" on AZ. after 2 days i declined because i was so hurt. but now i regret that. maybe today, i will ask him to be AZ "friends". i know i should, so i will.
but the most important thing from all of this in THIS thread, is...
folks who don't know the facts "MAKING ALL SORTS OF JUDGMENTS" - 'Gang Mentality', exactly the same kind of things i saw being done to Jim;
not Fair Play imo
not in anyway to say that Merlin was improper [he was not and i commend him for that [Merlin, your a good man], but was maybe 'a bit' imprudent and i did all i could to try and get folks to '
just let it go, and let's move on'], but before you judge a man and this is to the rest of the peanut gallery who chimed in, know for sure YOU Know the Facts - that's always best
and for example: doc 1p... he said:

so, it is true i asked him in the thread, "what's your address"
but i also sent him a greenie and said something to the effect:
doc, i was only joking with ya, all the best, miles [you can verify this with him]
so...
why the crusade against me, i think i can tell you and i hope it is a lesson to any of you, my friends, who do not know...
i own a company and i look just like the 'fool' you see in my avatar - mainly cause it's ME and My Beloved most importantly of course!
but i walk in to some meeting our office says i must attend [usually in China] and the interested party after waiting a while asks, where is Mr. M? [everybody calls me by my first name, i like that] and they quietly point and say, he's right there - they look and i can see their eyes trying to fall out of their heads, why...
people do not see me, they see an image and they react to that, not the person, ME.
and that is what so many of you do, you have a caricature of a person in your mind and based on that, you start shooting your mouths off...
in the end i will say this:
calired tried to give you a synopsis, but he has a critical fact 'wrong', but still an 'A" for effort, tks for your effort.
