There I said it, or at least typed it. It is found on clothing, makeup, art supplies, xmas ornaments and the list go's on and on. Sooner or later it finds its way to my Simonis. This stuff is like little rainbow colored mirrors waiting to cast the table light back at me at the worst of times. Yes a slightly wet finger will usually do the trick for removing a piece but it will be back .....with friends.:banghead:
 
I handle books all day long. Nothing drives me crazier than those kids books and romance novels with glitter all over them.

Sometimes after working with them all day, I look like I just got a lap dance from "Sparkles" down at the club. :o

My oldest son just had his first high school prom, he brought his date to the house before the dance for pictures. They walked in and she was covered in glitter and so was he from just being next to her,I just about booted both of them out the door.
 
When my daughters were little they would bring home glitter projects from school. The stuff is just nasty. It spreads everywhere and is impossible to clean up. They would try to make glitter t shirts but I would send them outside to do it. It was hopeless since they would try to bring them in the house when done.
 
I thought I was the only one that hated that stuff.I got a Christmas card from my boss (great guy,very thoughtfull) and I opened it at work.Now I've got it on my steering wheel,seat,and center console.I open it up to display the card at home and now I've got it all over the house.Now I have it on my Granito M cloth on my three cushion table.Just when you think it's gone it magically reappears.That stuff should be outlawed.
 
Glitter should be banned from the pool hall, I hate the stuff too. Not to mention, if glitter gets on the cloth, it could mess up the travel of the balls, like dirt and lint and etc. But it is so microscopic, it might not affect it, who knows, but damn that sh!t is annoying. Quoting from Dov Davidoff "Why would you want to look like a pixie or a whore, poof!" lol
 
I am complete agreement I also hate glitter, what is the actual point of the stuff anyway, it takes years to get off your skin and clothes even if you touch it for less than a second.

It should be banned!
 
Glitter should be outlawed. Espeically on strippers. Its worse than coming home smelling like perfume. and it dont come off.


In honor of yall I am making a solemn vow to never get a lapdance from a chick with glitter on her ever again. LOL







DISCLAIMER: unless she super hot. or some kind of pool playing stripper hybrid. and in that case im gonna marry her. :D

Now I can add to my life rules: Men hate glitter.

Actually, when I'm still finding it in February, after Christmas is OVER, it bugs me too. But I'm not ready to call my Congressman yet. :rotflmao1:
 
Glitter is the herpes of the arts and crafts world. When you think its all over, it come back worse than before.

Brother, I work in a strip club with the best playing 9 foot Diamond Smart table in town that I have to clean each night, NO ONE hates glitter more than me.
 
Glitter, or "stripper dust" as I call it is the herpes of craft supplies. I hate that stuff. If you ever go out to the strip club (for the atmosphere of course) and you get stripper dust on your clothes you need to go to Super WalMart and buy a card for your lady with stripper dust on it to cover your tracks :thumbup:
 
I feel much better now I know there are a few glitter haters besides me. I had thought about posting this topic for along time now but I figured it would shrivel up and die a early death like so many of my threads. But like glitter it is hanging on and growing stronger. It must be hated by men if we agree that we don't even like it on strippers:eek:.

LOL, I was gonna say stop playing at the strip club, but everybody beat me to it :D

Anytime a guy has glitter on his face, da wimmins think it's from da nudey bar.....got my wife a card a month or so back, it had a little glitter picture.....came home, hid the flowers and the card, relaxed back on the couch until she came home from a night out with the girls....immediately, she looks at me and gets this crappy look her your face....I ask her what was wrong....."So how many stippers had their TT's in your face?" :D

She felt bad when she saw the glitter on the card....priceless....now I know just what to do if I wanna get her blood up.....just a few pieces of perfectly placed glitter :thumbup:
